About: The owners, Tom Schwartz and Karen Stevens live a large 1859 home in Philadelphia, Pa. Tom is a Psychologist and Karen, a retired Elementary School Teacher helps him with his practice. Karen also enjoys painting, gardening, jewelry making, acting, and museum education. They are raising their 2 boys.
Why Private Homes:
Naples is a beautiful, lushly landscaped, tropical city. It is really only a few hours from Philadelphia, yet a world away. The water is beautiful, the beaches world class, and there is plenty to do for relaxation, recreation, or a cultural nature.
