  My best friend and I rented this unit for 3 nights. It was absolutely fabulous!!! We had a blast. The view was gorgeous. The furnishings were perfect and all we needed or wanted. Lynn was great to work with on the reservations. Prompt responses. WONDERFUL!!!! WONDERFUL!!!! Would gladly rent this condo again! (and plan too)

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  My husband & I brought our high school daughter and one of her friends down for their spring break. We had a wonderful time! The weather was kind to us, and we spent lots of time on the lovely white-sanded beach. You have a beautiful condo with a spectacular view. We hope to come back again and bring our college-aged daughter with us. Thank you for your hospitality!

  Lynn was a pleasure to work with on the rental. We appreciated the DVD selections since we had less that perfect weather. Totally satisfied, very nice!

  It is always a bit of a risk to book a condo sight unseen, but we can honestly say we were very happy to find such a lovely apt. when we entered! Everything was perfect - and the "million dollar" view was spectacular! We felt so comfortable and at home. coming off a cruise we needed to wash some clothes so the w/d was very appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you for everything!

  Hi Lynn, I just wanted to tell you that your place is beautiful and much bigger for a one bedroom than I thought. The pictures online do not do it justice. It was so clean and well kept and well stocked. I loved your choice of decorations. Everything actually matched. My husband is used to camping only so I was quite tickled when he hadn't been there long and wanted to know "how much did I say it cost "( it was his way of saying he really liked it ) It was freezing Friday but we made the best of it, good family time. Saturday was perfect. The water was so pretty and my granddaughter did what I thought, she got way..... too much sun but she loved it. Thank you for making it available and possible. And like the people in the journal said, "You are so easy to deal with". Thank you again. You are on my favorites list. Have a great summer!

  My mother and I just returned after a wonderful, relaxing week. The condo was emaculate. The furniture is very comfortable and the beds are heavenly. The views from the balcony are beautiful. We had everything we needed from books to read to a wonderful selection of movies to watch. I especially enjoyed having a trash chute close to the unit. The pictures are very accurate and the unit was actually larger than I expected. The complex was very well maintained and quiet. Lynn is great to work with, she answers all your questions promptly and provides you with all the information you need. I recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

  Wife and I just returned from three night stay. This is a great Condo with a great location. Located on the less busy end. The 7th floor view from the balcony is great. As close to the beach as you can get. Great sunrise and sunsets. Nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. Nice TVs, lots of stations. All in all, have to give five stars. The keybox is so much easier than having to deal with a Realtor. We loved walking the beach both ways, sitting on the balcony and nearby good food. Recommend Bahama Bob's, great cheeseburgers, Shrimp Basket, and Hazel's Nook for lunch. We hope to be return vistors to this Condo, super off-season rates and very nice folks to deal with. They were putting on a new coat of paint on the building exterior and it is well maintained. Highly recommend. Mississippi vistors...........

  This one-bedroom unit was perfect for our 35th anniversary celebration. It was clean, conveniently located, had a large Gulf view balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. Spent a lot of time watching the fishing boats and people walking the beach. Several very good restaurants close by, including Bahama Bob's and Lobster House. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. We highly recommend this condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  "We couldn't have picked a more perfect place/condo to enjoy the beach. Comfortable, clean unit with all the amenities. I was suprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. I enjoyed using the blender every day. and I appreciated the complimentary little bottles of shampoo & conditioner since I forgot to pack ours, it was nice to not have to run out to buy some. I loved that this part of the beach was quiet and not too crowded, and having the chairs & umbrellas to rent was a major bonus too since we didn't come super prepared with a lot of beach gear. Loved our private balcony and great views from the 7th floor. Also loved how affordable the condo was! We will definitely, absolutely be back when we can stay a little longer and bring the kids too. Thank you so much!
