Our home is just steps from a beautiful beach that is perfect for swimming, fishing, surfing or just walking barefoot in the sand. A large deck is ready for lounging, cocktails or a sunset BBQ. Four separate bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a large open kitchen make this a perfect place for a family get together, corporate gathering or place for a group of friends to reconnect.
We are located in Arch Cape, minutes away from the quaint little towns of Cannon Beach and Manzanita. Centrally located between Astoria and Tillamook Bay, our home is near everything the north coast of Oregon has to offer. Take a day trip to Ecola State Park, just 15 minutes to the north, for hiking and whale watching. Explore Oswald State Park, only 15 minutes to the south, for surfing and picnicking. The north Oregon coast is loaded with fun filled activities.

Loved the view of the ocean and the waterfall behind the house. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There was plenty of hot water for all who wanted to to shower the same morning. We also liked the easy access to the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this beach front home. We found everything to be as described in the listing. Beach access was really good. We enjoyed trips to Seaside and Cannon Beach. The owner was very nice to deal with and very responsive to questions.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We celebrated our granddaughter's third birthday at the Beachcomber. It was the perfect setting for our extended family, which includes the 3-year-old, her 9-month old brother, her mom and dad. The bedroom configuration worked beautifully for all ages. Quiet sleeping! The first floor is spacious enough for Papa to rest in an easy chair, while Nana is sharing the window seat with a grandchild-- with clear views of the ocean, the crawler has room to roam, and others can be sipping coffee at the large family table. We loved the yard, especially the sound of the waterfall flowing into the stream next door, and the prolific hydrangea, larger than I've ever seen! A totally lovely place for a family gathering. And I haven't even talked about the fabulous beach. You'll love Beachcomber!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent a long time searching for the right Oregon Coast vacation home for our family get-together this summer, and found the perfect fit in this Arch Cape home. The home was ideal for our group of 6 adults and 3 children, ages 2, 4 and 6. Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen,nice deck and yard, and great ocean views, offered everything we needed. Couple that with the near perfect weather that provided daily opportunities for beach walking, running, biking, building sand castles, flying kites, toasting marshmallows, and more. Some even braved swimming in the chilly ocean water. It could not have been better.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our group of 4 adults and 5 children, all under the age of 7, fit so comfortably into this home. The pictures on this website don't do it justice! The house is in fantastic condition and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen even has a hibachi stove the back yard has a small creek and waterfall that our kids loved playing in. We got to experience low tide every morning of our trip and we all loved seeing the numerous sand dollars, star fish, sea anemones, and crabs. I would highly recommend hiking in Ecola State Park and Oswald State Park, both of which are within a few miles of the house. Our kids also enjoyed riding the historic Tillamook train that you can pick up in Rockaway Beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family rented this home to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!! The home is well maintained and clean. They layout is great! It has a big kitchen with views of the ocean that we all appreciated! We had a range of ages from 80 to 4 and all had a wonderful time! The beach was just steps away and a fun beach to walk on. In the mornings the beach was covered with sand dollars which everyone had fun collecting...especially the 4 year old.:) We went into Canon Beach...just minutes away. A family tradition for us to visit Bruce's Candy Kitchen and Canon Beach Bakery! We also drove into Seaside to visit the aquarium, ride the bumper cars (so much fun), ride the Tilt-a-Whirl and play miniature golf.:) Another family tradition for us! We highly recommend this home...it has a warm and welcoming feel to it! We have rented several other coastal homes and this is the first one that we have rented that we would actually rent again! You won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
