Park your car, relax, and enjoy a wonderful family vacation in the first floor of our comfortable and spotless duplex. This rental is located in a family neighborhood and in addition to having one of the finest beaches on LBI, you can walk to restaurants, shopping, miniature golf and Bay Village.
This charming rental has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds making it perfect for a family of four. The full bathroom with tub has been recently remodeled, and there is an outside shower to clean all the sand off after a day at the beach. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, a washer and dryer and an island and chairs for four. The kitchen is open into the living room which has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your family. Comfortable central air is installed in every room.
Outside there is plenty of room with private fenced yards for relaxing after a day at the beach, and a large patio area with gas grill for grilling your seaside treats!! Relaxing seating is provided as is a dining table for enjoying delicous grilled meals in the sea breezes.
Internet access is provided.

We just returned from a week at LBI and this place was beautiful!!! The location was perfect as it is within walking distance of everything. The place was clean and very well-maintained. The owner Wendy was so helpful and friendly and we look forward to renting from her again next year. I would highly recommend this rental to anybody!!!
