Right on the beach, stylish, large 1 bedroom condo, ready for you to unpack and enjoy! Great for 1 or 2 couples, small family, or snow birds. Step outside onto the beach or spend time by the pool.
Enjoy the side views of the beach/ocean and the intracoastal waterway from the balcony. Work out in the gym equipped with top of the line equipment, or relax by the pool. Take a soothing stroll along the long expanse of beach.
This 970 sq. ft. condo is comfortably equiped for 4, with WiFi, 2 HD TVs (42" and 32") with HD cable and Blueray dvd player, ipod docking stereo system, quality towels and linens, kingsize bed, fold-out couch, stainless steel appliances, beach towels, beach umbrella, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, and eveything else that you might need. Lots of storage space for long-term renters. The dining table extends to seat 8.
Close to everything you could possibly want to do! 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, and just a little bit further to Miami International Airport. You are also just a short trip to glamorous South Beach.
Wide choice of shopping and restaurants nearby. Well known malls such as Aventura, Dolphin and Sawgrass are an easy drive. Gulfstream Racetrack and Casino about 7 minutes away, and other casinos just a little bit further. The Anne Kolb Nature Center (1500 acres) is just a few miles away - it offers walking/bicycling trails, canoeing, kayaking, in amongst the mangroves with lots of birds and wildlife to see and photograph. Intracoastal waterway a stone's throw away if you like boating. Plenty to do every day of your stay!
Just 1.5 hours away from Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, and Big Cypress National Preserve. 2 hours to Naples, Fl., 10 minutes to Bal Harbour, 20 minutes to South Beach.

I can still hear the ocean! Stayed at condo for more than two months. Incredible find! Everything exactly as shown in photos. Clean! All appliances, furnishings, linens, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and so many more items were new and updated. This was a "turn key" stay. Everything you need plus the view...ahhhh. Spectacular. The Ocean on one side and the Intercostal waterway on the other side. The location is walking distance to grocery stores, many 4 and 5 star restaurants as well as fast food places, convenient shopping (within a mile or two) for any thing you may need. The area is safe and suitable for walks at night. Clean and easy to use laundry facilities available across the hall. Beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella are available for beach excursions. Excellent "Get-a-Way" condo. The staff at the condo are professional and personable. The entrance is clean and bright with valet parking or self park available. If you are thinking this is "too good to be true" know that is what I thought too. I can hardly wait to return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Great Location…Great Value…Great Views! It’s like living the “Suite Life”. If you want accommodations close to everything, with all the amenities, this is the place for you. A home away from home, minutes away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. Very satisfied with the building and grounds, all the little extras you can think of.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This condo is in a great location! Walk down to the beach or drive a few minutes to malls and restaurants. The condo has been nicely remodeled very comfortable with lots of extras. The staff at the condo is very friendly and the owners are very accommodating. Awesome stay!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Excellent place which was very clean and allergan free. Everything I needed was in the kitchen to enhance my experience. The building is clean and quiet with a friendly staff. The gym and pool areas were very nice. I would highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

About the owner: We are 2 married couples, friends for years, who enjoy travelling, fun, and relaxing. We decided we wanted to purchase an easily accessible property for quick getaways whenever we can squeeze them in. In case you would be more comfortable communicating in another language, between the 4 of us, we speak French, Cantonese, and a little bit of Spanish.

We picked this spot because it's a great condo and a fantastic location. There is so much to do in the area with really easy access to everything. We take pride in our ownership of this condo, and have equipped it with all the items that we feel make it a home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It's so nice to be able to step outside and walk on the beach, or head down to South Beach to walk along the boardwalk and celebrity-watch. And being nature lovers, it's not far from the Everglades, and the local parks have great trails and wildlife. And of course the great weather doesn't hurt either!
The condo really is in a terrific location, so close to all the things you need to do: shopping, restaurants, banks, beach, parks, casinos, boat rentals - the list is endless!
