The house was exactly what we expected and more, great view, privacy, friendly neighbors and and very active and particpative owner. Every year a group of us retirees gather for oue annual get together and talk ofgood old times, we had so much schedule to do but we just could not leave the house, we where overwhelmed by the sincerity of the atmosphere and accomodations.To sit on the balcony and waych the sunset, walk around the corner and play ball, then come back to a nice hot sauna and pool was the best. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away end enjoy the water front. Great PlaceRecommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a large group of adults renting the house for Preakness weekend. The house itself is perfect - great space, lots of sleeping room, pool, etc. We had a blast. Working with the owner is less than ideal. He is VERY slow with communications and 8 days after closing out the rental I still have not been able to speak with him about returning the very large deposit he required for a weekend rental. There are a ton of houses out in Annapolis, rather than going with this one again, based on interactions with the owner, I would tell my friends to look elsewhere or call Annapolis Accomodations.Owner response: The first comment I would like to address is the communication with myself. I would like to apologize to the renter, Paige, first and foremost. Conversely, we did have a previous phone conversation that I stated I would be away on vacation myself, which is the reason as to why the security deposit is delayed one day longer than the stated 7 days. Furthermore, I sincerely appreciate the comments on the actual house and would like to say thank you. However, I cannot appreciate the condition the residence was left following your departure. It was appalling and disrespectful to my family and myself. All windows and doors were left open with the A/C on, food was left sitting on the kitchen counter, empty liquor bottles and trash were left throughout the house, furniture was moved and out of location, our pool umbrella was broken into several pieces, and a wall in one of the bedrooms was damage. Therefore, based on the amount of damage and disrespect yourself and friends treated the residence, I feel it would be a good decision for yourself and friends to look elsewhere in the future.
