Located at a four season resort nestled between Dartmouth and the quaint New England village of Woodstock (home of Billings Farm and Suicide Six Ski Mountain). It is a short walk, or bike ride (about 1 mile) to the clubhouse, pool, golf courses, tennis courts, Lake Pinneo, a private ski mountain, and playground. It is not far from the famous glass maker and restaurant, Simon Pearce. The townhouse has a full kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, and all appliances, including a Washer & Dryer.
The living room has a real working wood burning fireplace, cable television, and internet. There is a private deck with gas BBQ, slate table with four chairs, double hammock, and zero gravity chair located off the living room with a view of the mountains. The second floor consists of a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a brand new Beautyrest Super Plush Pillow Top king-size bed and sitting deck and one with two twins beds. For your convenience the condo is furnished with towels blankets, linens, and pillows.

This condo is even more beautiful than the photos posted would suggest. It is beautifully decoroated, has a great layout and is fully equipped. There are several extras that simply made us feel very much at home. We stayed for our daughter's graduation weekend so we had a busy schedule but the condo was so nice with outstanding grounds and views that we wished we had more time to stay in this condo. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This property was exactly as described Owner was in constant communication and easy to deal with. The property was perfectly maintained with no problems during our one week stay.Information that owner left in unit of local attractions dining and entertainment was extremely helpul and well layed out in a binder format.I would recomend this property for all ages and families. Lots of things to do within 2 hours driving.If this owner has any other properties i would rent from them again. Owner is looking for input on ways to improve and the only suggestion that i have is a charging station for cell phones, laptops, kindles, tablets, Ipads etc. Also there are plenty of pillows for the guests but i would suggest removing the feather pillows as people can be allergic to them.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thank you. For your kind words. As to the pillows, I guess we should have pointed out that the pillows in the 2nd room and in the closet are the non-feather pillows. When we present the townhouse we use the more expensive feather down pillows which many like. Guest can use any pillows they would like. On the charges, we will look into it. Not sure how to do that since there are numerous types of charges, but thanks for the suggestion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is lovely. It is in great condition, is spacious, and is nicely decorated. Very clean and nicely maintained. We just returned from your home in quechee. Everything was perfect. The place easily accommodated our family of five. The location couldn't have been better. We took advantage of the quechee club daily. Our boys loved using the pool and recreation room. I loved the fitness room, and we all loved the skiing. We strictly skied quechee because our boys are young and just learning to ski. The lessons were fantastic and they all went up a chairlift for the first time and loved it. It's definitely a beginner hill, but there are so many options if we had wanted to ski somewhere else. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to go back next feb vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This was a very nice townhouse in Quechee and great set-up for our family of five. Cozy, nice amenities, comfortable, and clean. Great location. The owners were great to deal with from the start - giving clear, detailed instructions and follow up. I would recommend this property. My only (very minor) criticism is the bucket of discarded cigarettes right by the front door. Not the nicest way to be welcomed.Owner response: Thank you for the information. The bucket is not supposed to be for cigarettes though at least it was outside. It is to take wood into the unit. I will notify the property manager to be aware of it in the future if it happens again.

Bathrooms and sinks (all in bath and kitchen) were not cleaned adequately.Owner response: We have a cleaning company who has performed well before without a single complaint. I wish they had told us and we could have dealt with it when it happened. We will be dealing with this immediately.

About the owner: I am an Attorney and Mayor of a large city in south Florida. My wife is retired and teaches/plays Mah Jong. We have a cat and our favorite things to do are wines, travelling (especially to Vermont), and enjoying life.
Why the Owner Chose Quechee:
It is a dream home, and where we will retire for half the year in about 7 years.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Even though we have been coming up to Vermont since 1988, we discover something new with each visit. Sight seeing, shopping, eating, drinking, wines, arts & culture, photography, the list goes on.
Our rental is centrally located to all of these activities, and allows us to easily travel around Vermont and New Hampshire within a short time. Or stay on the property and enjoy all that Quechee has to offer.
