Flagler Beach is a peaceful and friendly beach just 31 miles south of historic Saint Augustine and 20 miles north of Daytona Beach. It is bordered on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and on the west by the Intracoastal Waterway. With over six miles of quiet, uncrowded, traffic-free beach, as well as having the ultimate in outdoor recreation, Flagler Beach is truly Florida's hidden treasure.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium was renovated in October 2009. All new baths with granite counter tops, new cabinets, new tiles and Moen fixtures. The kitchen has also been completely remodeled. Granite counter tops with new cabinets and all stainless appliances.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It is important to me and my family to be able to get away from the crowds and the cars you find on many of the East Coast Florida beaches. Our private beach has no cars, no traffic, no crowds. Even on a holiday weekends, you can pick any place on the beach you want to set up camp. Open your chairs and umbrellas and forget about about all your troubles. We love swimming in the ocean. The water temperature is great. Bring a picnic lunch and you can stay there all day long. When you're ready to return to your condo, make sure you take just one more dip in our huge swimming pool. Just like the beach, it's never too crowded...that's why we call it a hidden treasure. If you look on the satellite picture on the right, youcan see we are right up against the beach with an unobstructed view.

Loved the condo! Monica -- thanks so much for letting us rent your beautiful condo for the week. The kids have labeled this vacation as THE BEST EVER! Can't wait to come back next year. The property is well maintained....the property manager was up bright & early to set up the umbrellas, wash down the chairs, pool area, and was there at night to "close down" the property -- covers on the grills, umbrellas down, etc.....pool was fabulous! never crowded and the other guests were so nice & friendly. The condo was nice & clean, beds were comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, garbage bags, dish detergent, etc... in fact I was saying to my husband one night...."I wish I had a clothes drying rack to put our wet suits on" and don't you know I looked into one of the closets and BINGO! a drying rack.....I've never had that with a rental. Monica thought of everything a visiting guest would need! Thanks again!!!! Best vacation ever! We will see you in 2012!
