This property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located in Southwest Cape Coral just on a saltwater canal. This canal leads to the Gulf of Mexico. The terrace and pool area face south offering a view to the boat dock and the canal.
On the covered lanai we offer a table with 10 seats. A Weber gas BBQ grill is just next to this lanai furniture. Of course we also have four lounge chairs for our guests.
The property is very luxurious furnished and very lovely decorated.
For families who love to prepare a nice dinner we equipped the kitchen extremely well with Mikasa dish (a bone china plus a plastic set), Mikasa glasses, pots and pans with copper basements. Everything there is high end equipped.
We don't have any wall to wall carpet in this house. This makes it much easier to keep the house really clean and cleaning is our main request in this rental property. All rooms - also the bedrooms - are tiled.
Each bedroom offers an own TV. Further we have a 56' HDTV in the living room. We also offer a home theatre with DVD player, additional 2 DVD players, plus a separate stereo system for the master bedroom.
For rainy days we bought family games and a Nintendo game cube with games. Of course we also bought some DVDs for your convenience.
We also offer WiFi in the house.
The house is very child-friendly equipped. The pool offers a baby fence which our guests can use to protect the children. It is easy to use and to assemble it around the pool. Further we have a crib/ cot and a high chair in the house.
Plenty of towels, beach towels and linens are in the closets. Just travel with your cloth and toothbrush - we make sure that you will enjoy your stay.

Die Beschreibung des Objektes trifft bestens zu. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, grosszügig und praktisch eingerichtet und bietet wunderbar Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Das grosszügige Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit grossem Fernseher ist sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist gut für Kinder geeignet, da eine Treppe hineinführt und es langsam tiefer wird. Mit seiner angenehmen Temperatur lädt er jung und alt zum Baden ein. Er wird jede Woche vom Pool-Boy gereinigt. Das Haus verfügt über eine Doppelgarage mit direktem Zugang ins Haus. Ebenfalls ist ein Bootssteg vorhanden. Die Vermieterin hat uns vor unserem Aufenthalt ausführlich über alles im und ums Haus aufgeklärt. Für Fragen stand uns vorort eine zuständige Person zur Verfügung oder wir konnten mit der Vermieterin direkt Kontakt aufnehmen. Zur Lage ist so viel zu sagen: Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnquartier, etwas ausserhalb. Zum Zentrum von Cape Coral mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc. wird vorzugsweise ein Auto benötigt. Der nächst grössere Ort ist Ft. Myers. Für Leute, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Wir werden es gerne weiterempfehlen. Unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen.Did you find this review helpful? This house was a delight. It was the nicest and cleanest rental house we ever rented in the last five years in Florida. This house had much more than a rental property regularly offers. It is absolutely beautifully decorated, offers lots of towels, linens and the kitchen is amazing great equipped. We were enjoying the big pool and the boat dock. This rental house is more furnished and decorated like a home (not like a typical rental). We even found many DVDs in the living room, found a game cube for the children and many games for entertaining the family. Everything in the house was high end furnished. This house is located in a very quiet street. We really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully our review will help other guests to rent this property. We decided to come back next year.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wir verbrachten 4 wunderschöne Wochen im Haus SW von Cape Coral. Uns war es sehr wichtig ein wirklich schönes Haus zu mieten, da wir unsere (diesmal unsere eigene) Hochzeit dort planten und auch Eltern und Freunde dabei sein sollten. Dieses Haus ist wunderbar in der Ausstattung und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist gross genug für 10 Personen mit seinen 5 Zimmern und 3 Bädern und man "tritt sich nicht auf die Füsse". Die Ausstattung der Küche, Fernseher und Internetnutzung hervorragend. Morgens konnten wir am Pool frühstücken und abends haben wir wie echte Amerikaner gegrillt. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich sehr günstig, denn 10 Personen müssen auch versorgt werden, keine 5 min bis zum nächsten Publix., 20 min bis Ft. Myers Beach und ins Zentrum von CapeCoral. Das war wichtig, denn wir mußten auch einige Behördengänge und Besorgungen wegen der Hochzeit tätigen. Es sollte alles schnell erreichbar sein. Dieses Haus hat wirklich alle Erwartungen und Wünsche erfüllt. Toll war auch, dass die Vermieterin zu jeder Zeit vor und während des Urlaubes per email und Handy erreichbar war und bereitwillig jede Frage beantwortete und uns auch viele Tipps für Unternehmungen und Shopping gab. Es war definitiv nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem Haus und wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den Oktober 2011, wenn wir wieder dort sind, nicht zuletzt um unser "JA-Wort" zu erneuern.Did you find this review helpful? The house is located in Cape Coral, a nice place for vacation. We have been to Cape Coral 5 times before and always rented a house together with other families. Its a great way to vacation, the kids have their pool, and can sink in straight after breakfast, the adults can enjoy their coffee, overlooking the pool. For us that are not used to have a pool, we enjoy this luxery very much. Add that to a great big house, with 5 bedrooms, a big screen tv, beautiful fully equipped kitchen. It is about 20 min to drive to Sanibel and the beaches. What more can you ask for? Well, I should complain about something... but what?? The house was very clean when we arrived, lots of towels, linens, and kitchen equipment. The view was great. The pool was clean, and weekly serviced.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
