I recently stayed here with my dad during my wedding week. It was a great condo with plenty of space for the both of us. Two full baths was nice so we could get ready at the same time. The screened in patio was great for morning coffee and watching the fish jump. We rented the golf cart that is an option with the condo and is a necessity at ORC. The garage with key pad made it nice and easy to take out and put back each time. No problems at all getting the keys from public safety or getting through security. The owner even called to make sure everything was good on my check in day. The condo was very clean and updated nicely. (I've stayed in some condos at ORC that are very out dated.) Overall, great experience, great week!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This was our 2nd trip to ORC and we had a great time. The club had so many events and activities for kids on Easter weekend. The condo has a great pool area with a couple of grills and 2 large tvs which was fun for the kids to swim, watch cartoons and then grill and enjoy the pool area in the evening. The condo was around the corner from friends which was great, but it wasn't ideal for a couple with two little kids. French doors separate the living area/den and the master bedroom. The space is ideal for a couple for a getaway trip planning to enjoy the restaurants at ORC. There's a small fridge, microwave and toaster oven, but no stove/oven. Owner was nice and available for any questions/assistance.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The condo owner failed to notify Ocean Reef Club of our reservatation and was not answering his cell phone the day we arrived. We stood for two hours at the entrance public safety office (which had no chairs) trying to find him. The public safety staff were very patient and helpful with trying to assist us in reaching the owner for verification, but could not admit us without it. The Ocean Reef membership manager was also very helpful and began to set up a special reservation for us at the Ocean Reef Inn so we would at least have a place to stay. We finally reached the owner by email, but the whole experience was absolutely horrible. When we got to the condo, it was significantly less luxurious than advertised. The linens were old and threadbare, there were very few channels for the luxury TVs, the promised golf cart didn't work, and the floors were dirty. The ceiling fan/light unit in the eating area was missing leaving it too dark, the dishwasher detergent ran out, and the advertised washer and dryer were coin operated and not in the condo which was very inconvenient. Every time we called the owner for help, you could here the sigh at the other end of the phone, like "Why are these renters from hell bothering me again?" At these prices, one would expect a more concerned and helpful response. Spare yourself a lot of grief and AVOID this property at all costs!Did you find this review helpful?
