“King’s Landing” is all about being treated like royalty. Our newly built, 2 story, four bedroom summer vacation home, sits high on the rolling hillside overlooking the Trout River, North Granville. This salt water river comes from New London Bay and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The water is less than a 3 minute walk and there is a common dock available for fishing, swimming, or boating.
King’s Landing is located in a private, paved, subdivision called “Granville on the Water”. This subdivision is great for walking, rollerblading, biking, and with little to no traffic, is very safe for children.
A front veranda offers a view second to none. A great place to rock and enjoy your morning coffee. The back deck offers a Stainless Steel BBQ and deck furniture. The back deck also overlooks the outdoor fire pit and playground for the children. There are numerous outdoor activities/games provided.
The open concept main level has a great room with a propane fireplace, heat pump which offers air conditioning in the summer months, large LCD HD TV, satellite, DVD player, and access to both the front veranda and back deck. Also a square bar height table that can be converted to round for additional space is located between the kitchen and great room. The separate dining room contains an additional table with more seating. The custom designed kitchen, with breakfast bar will satisfy your every need. The kitchen is very well equipped. Main floor bathroom and laundry are just inside the entrance.
Upper level features master bedroom with a king size bedroom set like you’ve never seen before. Wake to a view of the Trout River or enjoy the seating area to read your favourite book while overlooking the River. The Master bedroom has a 32” LCD TV and satellite. The ensuite is a full bath with whirlpool tub and corner glass shower. Also on the upper level are 2 bedrooms with queen sets. They are located just outside the main upper level complete bath. Walk a few steps further to another large bedroom. This bedroom is complete with single over double bunk beds, another double bed, night table, dresser, media chest that includes a 32” LCD TV, satellite and DVD Player. Great for the children! All bedrooms offer top of the line furnishings and bedding.
The lower level provides a large, cooler, area for a fitness workout. The large room provides plenty of exercise equipment and free weights.

The rates include taxes, cleaning fees, etc. There is a $500 cash DD required upon arrival and returned upon check out. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

Matthew and Alisha both spent their childhoods in fishing communities on Prince Edward Island. Both their parents earn a living from the fishing industry in PEI - fishing lobster, mackeral, herring and harvesting mussles.
