Welcome to perfection! Our prime oceanfront location makes this the perfect vacation destination for your friends and family. Our condo located at 211 N Seaside #401 is the penthouse unit of a 4-condo building. Each condo spans the entire floor, so no worries of loud neighbors! The panoramic views over the beach and ocean are stunning, and with our covered oceanfront deck, you can enjoy the beauty of the beach without having to leave the condo!
Wake up each morning to the sound of waves crashing on the beach! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and opens onto the oceanfront deck. The master bath is spacious and features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sinks.
The second bedroom is oceanfront and has a king-sized bed and TV, and the third bedroom has 2 double beds and TV. A hallway bath serves both bedrooms and has a full-size washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops and every kitchen accessory you need for a comfortable stay. A counter bar seats 4 and the dining table seats 6 to accommodate everyone. The living room is comfortably furnished with a couch, loveseat, and oversized chair with ottoman. There is a flat screen HDTV with DVD player, and the sliding doors to the oceanfront deck provide unbelievable views from the comfort of the couch!

You are only 2 blocks north of the Surfside pier, where you can find restaurants, fishing, beach stores and live entertainment. Everything you need for a fun day and night at the beach is within walking distance! Over 20 golf courses are located within 10 miles, and shopping is an easy drive away.
The beach access is next door making it easy to enjoy swimming, shelling and sunning! There is also a charcoal grill available for use by the guests of the complex. Our condo unit has its own private ground level storage room that is available for your use as well, so you can drop all of your beach supplies there for easy access during your stay. An elevator makes unloading groceries and luggage quick and easy.
Surfside Beach is known as the family beach. You’re away from the crowded condo complexes, and you won’t have to fight for a space to spread your beach chairs and umbrellas.
Additional information: Only 2 cars and 8 guests maximum allowed per unit, NO pets and NO smoking allowed in unit.

We were very pleased with our stay here the pics do not do it justice . Location is perfect and not over crowded , we were able to prepare meals with ease we didnt have to bring anything with us for the kitchen all was available . Very clean and well maintained it felt like our home as soon as we got in the door and seen it was perfect . The property manager was very easy to talk with before our stay and numbers were available if there were a problem although we experienced none .Many things to do close by and the pier was a very short walk away as well as restaurants and shopping. Piggly Wiggly was directly up the road with a very short drive to get basic needs, was very convient . We had Chicago Pizza delivered and we highly reccomend it , It was very good and fast delivery! I would highly reccomend this condo to all families !Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
