Your family and friends are sure to love their vacation in our beautiful, spacious home in Bayside at Bethany Beach. Relaxing views of tranquil lakes and canals are visible from every window. Watch the sunset from the private, community docks on the bay or sip a drink while relaxing in the gazebo. Your vacation is sure to be fun whether at the beach, the bay or the clubhouse.
The first floor of this bright, airy home includes a spacious foyer, two-story great room with a gas fireplace, gourmet eat in kitchen, dining room, powder room, full laundry, two car garage, screened porch and stone patio with grill. Relax in the privacy of a first floor master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, sitting area, and a tiled bathroom including a large soaking tub and separate shower.
Upstairs relaxation is fun in the large loft with TV, DVR, Wii game system, board games and books for your enjoyment. The second floor provides another private master suite with queen bed and full tiled bath. Across the loft are two more bedrooms which share a large tiled bathroom. One comfortable room is furnished with twin beds. Kids and adults alike will love the bunk room with two sets of twin over full bunks and plenty of play space. For the toddlers we included two pack-and-plays, stair gates, umbrella stroller, booster seat and a kids' picnic table. Two playgrounds are close by within our community.
The beautiful beaches of Bethany, Fenwick Island, and the Delaware State Park are a very short drive. A private shuttle is a available on weekends to transport guests to and from the beach (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). Bethany Beach , one of the quiet resorts, is a family community with small town charm. You can stroll the boardwalk or walk the town to browse the quaint shops before dining in a casual or fine restaurant.
A day spent in our community is a wonderful time to enjoy the huge, modern clubhouse and many amenities. The great room with stone fireplace is amazing with flat screen TVs, adjacent bar area and gourmet kitchen for your use. Fun for everyone in the game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball and free arcade. Relax in the library or work out in the fully equipped fitness center Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, beside a small beach area.
Golf enthusiasts bring your clubs for a day at one of the many area golf courses including Bear Trap Dunes, Cripple Creek and Salt Pond. Too much fun for one short week!

We stayed with my 3 children their families and my young grandchildren..It was everything we hoped for. Everything for the young ones was available at the property. We have the best time of our lives...We love Bethany Beach and our stay was GREAT!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 grandchildren) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was everything we expected and more. Unfortunately the clubhouse was flooded, caused by Hurricane Isaac so we couldn't use it all week. We spent much of our time relaxing, taking walks, went to the beach and ate lunch at Garfield Parkway (boardwalk) every day. Since this was a week to relax, we did not explore the area very much and didn't want to deal with traffic in Ocean City nor Rehoboth. Now that we're familiar with the area and when we return to the same condo next year, we may check out attractions and bring our bikes. We enjoyed the ducks which visited us. We recommend the Fat Tuna restaurant (went twice for dinner), the food and service were excellent. We were grateful for the Harris Teeter which is conveniently close by.
