All you have to do is walk out the front door and you are directly in front of the mountain and a 5 minute walk from the two lifts of Vail Village; the Vista Bahn & the Riva Bahn. Minutes away actually to the brand-new Gondola that is replacing the Vista Bahn lift this season!!!
The charming Bavarian Village of Vail is also a 5 minute walk to enjoy the many very fine restaurants and great shopping. The Free Town Of Vail bus stop is just a few steps away from the front door (take a right and wait by Gore Creek). This charming cozy condo welcomes you home when you return from a wonderful day of skiing and Apres Ski... What could be better?
In the summer, it's out to the deck to have your morning coffee and feed the squirrels or in the afternoon enjoy a cocktail. Gore Creek is there to fish in or to listen to the water rush as long as the snow continues to melt. You can take the Free Town of Vail bus to Lionshead and explore or walk to the Covered Bridge and the shops in the Village. Take the Vista Bahn lift to the top of Vail mountain to hike or bike or just relax and enjoy the scenery.

The bath has a full-size tub with shower. The vanity and “make-up lit” mirror will make getting ready that much easier.

The Kitchen features a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and a built in microwave. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, baking dishes and many other kitchen gadgets. There is also a pantry to store any food you purchase.

The living room has a new Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 easy chairs, a flat screen TV (cable provided) and DVD player for watching great movies! You also have access to WiFi (building shared).

There is a washer and dryer right outside the unit so laundry is a snap. You have 1 private parking space just out the front door and a grill on the deck for any outdoor cooking you would like to do.
