Have your dream Family Vacation or Family Reunion here because this special home truly has it all. It sleeps 10 comfortably and you can walk to Dennis Pond Beach for a swim, walk to the Optimist Cafe for breakfast, walk to the Old Yarmouth Inn Restaurant & Tavern for dinner/weddings/receptions, walk to the scenic trails, or drive 5 minutes to Gray's beach on the northside. The 1.5 acres is landscaped professionally with a huge patio bordered with cobblestone that includes outdoor furniture and a grill on it, a basketball court and an outdoor shower. There is also plenty of parking and room for a boat trailer on the seashell driveway. The house has three stories with hardwood floors throughout and it is fully furnished with leather couches and chairs. The family room has a flat screen tv, the library has a piano and two desks, the dining room has a formal table for that special family dinner and the oversized country kitchen includes a full dinner table as well. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils. The walkout basement is finished with a full size ping pong table. There is also a washer/dryer located on the second floor in the laundry room with towels and linens for you. Wi-fi is available throughout. The Master suite located on the second floor and has a King bed and a private bath with a huge walk in closet with its own private desk and reading sofa with flatscreen TV. Bedroom #2 is on the second floor and has a Queen bed with crib if needed. Bedroom #3 is also located on the second floor and has a Double bed with a single bunk bed above. Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed and is located on the third floor. Bedroom #5 has a Queen and Single day bed with a rollaway single bed underneath which is also located on the third floor. A half bath is located on the first floor, two full baths on the second and full bath on the third. No pets and no smoking.

Wonderful, renovated large home on a beautiful grounds! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay immensely! Thank-you Brian for making our Labor Day weekend a wonderful one!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
