We have had a wonderful time staying at your house. It has been just perfect, comfortable and convenietly located close to Fort Rock Park where we went nearly every day. The twin 2-year olds loved "their" bedroom upstairs and the adults loved that they could not hear the two year olds from the other wing. The jacuzzi was also a big hit. Thank you for lending us your beautiful home.

Great fully equipped home. Our family had a wonderful time. Lots of room for all of us, comfortable beds, great hot tub. Nice & close to the playground for the twins. Sharq passes were a hit, lots of time there. We'll be back next year we hope.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Perfect Getaway!

The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Each morning we were greeted by a whole family of deer and the evenings were filled by sitting on the deck to view the beautiful moon and stars. The pool passes were wonderful and we enjoyed using them daily. Bedding, towels, kitchen supplies were abundant and top notch! Thanks so much!!

We really enjoyed this home. The home was very clean, and provided everything you could want in a home. We really appreciated the shark passes. The hot tub and BQ was really nice to have. Would highly recommend this home.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home!!! It was very cozy and comfortable and was stocked very well. We enjoyed all of the deer and other animals that came up to the deck in the backyard. It was soooooo quiet and peaceful that I wish we could stay there forever! Joyce was so very kind to deal with.....Thank you very much Joyce, we had such a wonderful time!!!!!

Very clean on arrival. Air conditioning was great to have. The kids loved seeing the Deer and two fawns that were hanging out each day in the back yard.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our "magnificent Eight" group of Wild Old Women so enjoyed our stay for the USTA Tennis tournament. Yes, it was cold, yes it rained, yes, we came in 2nd -- but the warmth of the house, the ease of using all of your thoughtful supplies and welcoming bottle of wine set the tone for a delightful stay. We loved our stay in this beautiful house. It was so quiet and secluded. The kitchen was very complete and easy to work in even though only 3 women could work in it at one time. The beds and beding were luxurious and comfortable. We had 8 women and everyone was happy with their beds/space. We found the laundry space difficult to work in due to low ceiling but we coped happily brcause everything else was so nice. We road bikes and loved how close we were to Tennis Hill. The owner was so kind and helpful and answered all questions promptly. I'd recommend this property to anybody. Thanks you. I'd definitley return. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We spent five wonderful days here and each day was filled with lots of fun activities. We had family from Upstate New York and Arizona with us and the ages were from 5-months to 80 years. Everyone had much to do and will have fond memories of our vacation for years to come. From Guest Book: Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. My family and I came here to race dirt bikes @ China Hat and Fort Rock. We all competed in a 45-mile desert race then came back to the wonderful hot tub and comfortable house to lick our wounds. Thank goodness for the hot tub! My children loved the puzzles and I was grateful for the kid's books for bedtime stories. We got a sprinkle of snow with just a spot here and there sticking. Winter is here Thank you again..

You have a beautiful home and we had a wonderful stay. The towels were luscious, the beds were soft. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking items that we needed. The hot tub was way awesome and cool to have on a cold day. BBQ works great. 2009 Christmas.

The kids had so much fun playing outside. We enjoyed riding the cruisers around Sunriver. What a great vacation with close friends.

Hi Joyce We just wanted to say that we had such a wonderful time at Sunriver and really enjoyed your home. It was so clean and neat when we arrived. The beds and sheets are absolutely so comfortable that they reminded us of the heavenly beds from the Westin Hotel :) And your towels after the hot tub every night were so cozy. Our kids had a ball! Enjoying the swimming pools, walks, biking, Fort Rock Park, the river loop, marina, and we also did put-put at the golf course and the driving range. The location of your house is great too....centrally located to everything....we just felt like it was truly one of our best family vacations and totally fell in love with the area.

This property met and exceeded our expectations! Having 2 master suites with King beds in two separate living areas was a must-and the kids room was great with its own 1/2 bath. The kitchen was well furnished with more than enough dishes and cups. Since the winter weather was perfect and we played outside, coming home to a large hot tub was a must for sore muscles. Joyce was a delight to work with-we will be visiting this house again!

It was wonderful relaxing our tired muscles in the hot tub. Great plush towels to wrap up in. Also enjoyed bike riding along the well labeled trails! From Guest Book: We have enjoyed a fantastic week in your wonderful home in Central Oregon. The house is very well furnished and equipped. Lots of space, a hot tub that we all enjoyed (home away from home)! and outdoor evenings on the decking. We've put many miles on the bikes, many laps in the swimming pool and kayaked down the river. Paul even got in a round of golf at Lost Tracks. A wonderful resort in a great locality. We recommend the Trout House restaurant down by the marina. So, all in all we feel the house exchange with "Les Bouleaux" in Dordogne, France has been a great success. Thank you both for your part in making this happen. From Guest Book: Your lovely home was the perfect vacation spot for our family. There was plenty for all ages (1-68)to enjoy. We enjoyed biking, swimming, fishing, etc. There is always something to enjoy. We will all remember cocktails on the deck watching the deer walk through the different houses. From Guest Book: Dear Joyce & Bill - Our family had a wonderful and memorable holiday in your lovely home. Niel, Donna and Christopher Armstrong flew to Bend from Malibu, CA. Jim and Chris Lee drove over from Roseburg, OR. Blaine Lee and his girlfriend Elsa Allen joined us from Seattle, WA. Saturday before Easter found all but Niel enjoying a picture perfect day of skiing and snowboarding on the mountain. On Sunday we enjoyed a special breakfast Easter egg hunt -- we might not have found them all -- (not real eggs) and a special devotional to celebrate our belief in Christ's resurrection. God Bless!
