This house is what Pawleys is all about. Creek,ocean and enough porches to entertain 20-30 people comfortably. Plenty of parking,great dock in the creek and another out over the dunes. Clean and comfortable with a huge dining table for the whole family (or families). Great for multi generation families with a first floor master and wheelchair access to porches and 1st floor.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home has been in the Ellerbe family since right after WWII. It was originally part of The Tavern or Ellerbe Inn and has played a part in the history of Pawleys Island. The famed Grey Man was once seen here and on the beach right in front of the house.
