  I chose this hotel because of the many amenities that offers: water park, lazy river, 2 pools, jacuzzi, beach front, breath taking view and free beach service that = something for everyone! The condo is just as the pictures describes. The one suggestion I'll make is to have bed covers on the bunk beds for kids, they'll enjoy it more when it's more colorful and kids like. Cookie monster stuck on the bunk beds was very attractive :) The owner WenLi is wonderful and very helpful, though she did not answer my e-mails promptly she was quick to pick up the phone every time I called. The beach chairs are great BUT they are set up so super close to each other, only one person can walk or stand at the time and when the umbrellas are open they push on the neighbors umbrellas that's how close they are. We had wonderful "neighbors" on the each side of our chairs, we became friends by the end of our week stay. Also we'd ask to move our umbrella away from the chairs so we can tan and the girls can play in the shade and they will gladly do it for us! We are definitely returning to this condo in the future and we'd recommend it to anyone that is skeptical or is not so sure what to expect or has never rented though VRBO. Not having to deal with front desk, the cleaning lady and other hotel staff was just great, in our opinion! THANK YOU WenLi! God bless you!

  We had a wonderful time staying at Splash! The building looked new and very clean. We saw various staff members cleaning the pool, or windows, or floors on a number of occasions. The pools were fun although the waterpark area was too cold for my kids to want to play in. The beach is gorgeous and so close to the building. The beach service included with the condo was a wonderful extra! I was very impressed with Wen-Li and her kindness and quick response to all my e-mails. Her condo was beautiful and very welcoming. We appreciated the careful attention to detail in the decor. The whole place was VERY clean, and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Our boys really enjoyed the bunk bed in the hall. One suggestion I would make to the owners is to fix the lock on the patio door. Since the condo is on the 19th floor and we have little kids we were uneasy about not being able to lock the door. Other than that everything was pretty much perfect! We really enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio in the mornings. We even saw some rays one day, which was pretty cool. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone looking for a place of retreat and relaxation

  This condo was very clean & had everything we needed. Wenli was very easy to work with. She answered all my emails promptly & made the whole rental process easy. We had a great time. The view is spectacular! The entire building was very clean and up to date. The pools were a little cold in Oct., but we were able to swim in one a couple of days. The water park is appropriate for smaller children except for the bucket of water that dumps every few minutes. The water comes down with such force that most kids, including mine, avoided it. The splash pad is perfect for toddlers. Both my girls (ages 1 & 4) enjoyed it. We will definitely stay here again if we return to PCB.

  The condo was great. We had plenty of room for our three small children and two adults. The first night we did not have sheets for the pull out couch. We did get sheets the next day. The gulf was beautiful and we had great weather. I was slightly disappointed in the smokers around the resort. People were smoking at the entrance to the elevators etc. People were also smoking on the balconies. My middle child has asthma so this was a big issue for us. Also people were smoking on the beach in the beach chairs provided. Since they are so close to each other this was another issue. We are from a town that has been smoke free for over 8 years if a child under 18 is allowed in the area. We loved the condo just not in love with all the smokers!

  we enjoyed our stay in this unit very nice and very clean wenli was easy to work with the kids enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river free beach chairs was a very nice amenity would highly recommend staying here hope to see you next year

  The listing was exactly as described. We arrived to a clean condo. The owner was very helpful with any issues that came up and very quick to respond. Our kids loved the water park area and the lazy river. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. We hope to return next year!

  Wenli was very easy to talk to. She responed quickly to things I asked for and always answered my calls and emails. The room was exactly like the pictures. She had nice name brand furniture, kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. The room was clean spacious and I would return there again.

  My family and I recently stayed in this wonderful condo at Splash Resort on Panama City Beach. The room had everthing needed for our stay. It was very clean and it was nice to be able to use the washer and dryer when we needed to. The view was amazing, and we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony just taking in the view and listening to the sounds of the ocean. We got some great pictures of the sunsets. Being able to use the beach chair service on the beach was great. We would recommend spending an afternoon exploring Pier Park. There are so many great shops and restaurants to explore. We hope to come back some day. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us!!

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Splash resort. We loved the PCB beach and were able to parasail right from our beach. The beach chairs and umbrella included with our rental were terrific. The amenities were great, we loved the view from the balcony of our condo. The condo was very clean, well maintained and well appointed. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries. This was our first experience using VRBO and we couldn't have been happier. For restaurants and activities, we enjoyed Pier Park and had a fabulous meal at Firefly. Also, we highly recommend the banana boat rides and the parasailing. Very convenient as arrangements and the pick-up are made right there in front of the condos on the beach.
