This two bedroom, two bath condo has been completely renovated with top of the line finishes including beautiful granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, ceiling fans in each room and new furniture throughout, including a full size washer and dyer. With a beautiful beach motif the design is comfortable with real living in mind. The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa with two reclining seats and a 40” flat screen HD TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy watching all the fun at the heated swimming pool directly below or an obstructed side view of the beach or inter-coastal greenways during sunset.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, generous dresser space, 40” flat screen HD TV, separate bathroom with granite counter topped vanity, sliding glass doors to the balcony and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a dresser, large closet and a separate full bath. Extra Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator/icemaker, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven and dishwasher. All dishes, silverware, pots, pans and baking pans are provided to make your stay stress free.
FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER.
You have access to the beach through a private gate, large parking lot, and several restaurants within walking distance. Daytona Speedway, Kennedy Space Center, Cruises from Port Canaveral, Disney, MGM, Universal and Sea World are a short drive away. For those interested in nature there are plenty of sea birds to watch and shells to collect and Turtle Mound is a short distance away. New Smyrna Beach has something of interest for everyone.

We had a great time. Easy access to the beach. Loved all the updates in the condo. Had all the comforts of home. I would recommend this property and would rent it again. You can see the ocean from the balcony but you do not get the direct sun on the balcony.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Condo was very clean, kitchen well supplied. Washer and dryer in the unit which many others did not. Much appreciated.. King size bed very comfortable. Phone service would have been helpful for local calls but did have WiFi which we used frequently. A lovely area, friendly building. Would definitely return.Recommended for: Age 55+.
