Holiday has been redesigned as a family friendly, activity based beach house for all ages. The new pool- side deck has a gas grill and cooking area right off the downstairs cabana room for easy outside cooking and
dining. There is a poolside area with comfortable patio furniture for dining, sunbathing or just hanging out with a book and a cool refreshment. The pool is one of the largest in Sandbridge at 30’ long.
There is an outdoor covered game room featuring a regulation slate bed pool table, foosball table and cornhole beanbag game to play rain or shine. The volleyball court has been leveled and is regulation sized. Small children will love the Little Tikes outdoor playset with tunnels, slides and climbing for hours of fun.
The second floor outside decks and screened porch provide magnificent oceanviews and beach access is right across the street. Inside the newly rennovated kitchen has seating for sixteen plus a high chair. The house is fully equipped with all necessary pots, pans, dishes, serving bowls, etc. There are TWO refrigerators with icemakers so you have plenty of space for food and cold drinks.
There are six cable TVs in the house with a DVD, VCR plus a library of family movies on the main living area's large flat screen TV. The house also has a pack and play for the little one to sleep or play. A full size washer and dryer are also included on the second level.
Holiday is clean and comfortable with seven bedrooms and four baths and value priced for families who want a great beach vacation with some outstanding game activities and extras.
TOP LEVEL: Newly renovated kitchen and dining room area has two large tables with sit down seating for 16. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living area with a large flat screen TV, VCR, DVD and library of family movies. Sliding glass door access to screened porch with entry to the oceanfront and west facing open decks. Master bedrooms with queen bed, cable TV, access to ocean facing deck, and full bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed and TV, third bedroom with twin bunk Bed plus twin over double bunk set and TV. Second full bathroom at end of hallway.
GROUND LEVEL: Entry door with stairs to upper level, fourth bedroom with queen bedroom and TV, fifth bedroom with two twins beds and full bathroom at end of hall. Sixth bedroom with queen bed and TV shares a bathroom with seventh bedroom with queen bed and TV. Small poolside kitchen with second refrigerator and sink.
EXTRAS: Large private pool with built in benches, stylish and comfortable patio furniture, gas grill, volleyball court, covered outdoor game room featuring a pool table, foosball and cornhole. Cable TV in main living area and all bedrooms. DVD and VCR in living room plus library of movies.
