The unit sleeps 4-6 (king bed in the master suite, twin beds in the spare bedroom & a queen size pullout sofa bed in the family room, as well as seating for up to six in the dining room & three stools at the kitchen bar area). The lanai seats four with room to spare. The Den includes a large desk & additional seating area for two. A large outside keyed shed area is available for bike/golf club storage, etc.
The décor is comfortable; complete with wall pictures and Southwest Florida ambiance. Ceiling fans throughout add charm & comfort & the Master Bedroom & Family Room have remote controls for the fans. DVD players & a Stereo system is included as well.
The kitchen features a complete array of modern stainless steel appliances (including garbage disposal, refrigerator w/outside water/ice dispenser, etc) and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. This luxury condo will provide you with all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer, master and guest bathrooms, walk-in closet and cozy living room. The unit also features three LCD, TV’s (42” living room & 32” in the master bedroom) as well as free cable, wireless internet (including a wireless 4 function printer) and phone with free long distance.
