Comforts of Home: Our Vacation Condos are roomy 2 Bedroom/2 Bath units located in the Quiet Peaceful Pointe Royale Golf Village. At the End of your Busy Day in Branson return to relax in a Clean Comfortable unit.
Kitchens: The Full-Size Kitchens are Well Equipped with Everything you should Need to Make a Meal of Your Choice. Full-Size Appliances include Refrigerator/Freezer, 4 Burner Stove, Dishwasher and Over the Stove Microwave as
well as Full Size Washer and Dryer in the Adjoining Laundry Room.
Bedrooms: The Large Bedrooms are located on Opposite Ends of the Unit which allows for each Guests' Privacy. Both Bedrooms are Set Up with King Beds and offer Large Closets and Plenty of Storage Areas.
Bathrooms: The Large Master Bath, within the Master Suite, has His/Her Sinks and Jacuzzi Tub/Shower. The 2nd Bathroom is located just Outside of the 2nd Bedroom - with a Tub/Shower.
All Towels and Linens are Provided but Please Bring your own Beach Towels.
Travel materials and maps of Branson are available in each unit.

We are from a small town in Iowa and had enjoyed visiting Branson for over 10 years prior to purchasing the condo units for our use and to offer to you for rental. We are not a large corporation NOR are we associated as a Timeshare so when you contact us you will actually be speaking to the owner.

Making a Reservation:
1) E-mail or Call with desired dates. (We will confirm availability and rates).
2) With Verbal Approval, a Rental Agreement and Invoice will be created and Emailed.
3) a $200 deposit at the time of booking will secure your Reservation - Confirmation email will be sent upon Receipt of Payment and Rental Agreement. The deposit will be applied toward the total rental amount.
4) Balance of Rental will be Due 20 Days Ahead of Arrival.
5) Check-In Information will be sent by Email one week prior to arrival..

Hi, Linda, We loved how clean everything was-not a speck anywhere. I can't thank you enough for that especially with our allergies. Everything was so well stocked except for Kleenex tissues, but even having the laundry detergent there was nice. (most places will not provide papertowels like you did) It had a nice homey feel yet professional-do NOT change that. I can't stand how some places have their advertisements or referral cards all over. I loved your supply of games, too. Thank you so much for making your condo available- we all really enjoyed the condo. We found the accommodations very nice. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The king size beds and spacious rooms were great! So much better than staying at a hotel. We prepared a few meals at the condo in place of eating out and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had no problems with parking or with surrounding residents. I felt like the owner was very personable and accommodating when trying to plan our stay at the condo. I would recommend this property to a friend and I would stay here again. We have teenage daughters and went with friends to the show "The Haygoods" and we would go to this show again. Everyone loved it. We took advantage of walking trails along the bluffs overlooking the lake and it was gorgeous; a nice break from the tourist scene. I recommend "The Black Oak Grill" restaurant on the Landing if your looking for a reasonable but nice atmosphere place to relax and have a good meal. I believe it is a fairly new restaurant to the area within the last year. If I made any suggestions for changes they would be: Offer or negotiate an earlier check in time, 4:00 seemed late to us and Provide a blow dryer. we had a fantastic time in Branson and:the Condo. It was Me, Mom and my two boys. My guys were all over the place too and I am very "PICKY" were my lil guy crawls .. We felt the condo was super clean and safe. Beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious, access very easy and pool was so nice and warm, quiet community, it was great. We were in Unit 8. About the owner: We traveled to Branson each spring while on Spring Break and enjoyed Branson so much. We could come to enjoy activities and relax. When we retired from our full-time jobs we made the decision to buy a condo for our use and to rent to other travelers. Our first unit has been appreciated by so many guests that we have now purchased another unit.
