Along with the living room and kitchen, there is a dining room, sun room, and 2-car garage for your convenience, as well as a screened, heated pool and spa. Our home also offers two en-suite bedrooms, with what our guests tell us are the most comfortable beds and pillows. Brand new landscaping creates a tropical paradise. Extras include: high speed Verizon FIOS Internet (with printer/ fax/ copier/ scanner) FREE WI-FI, and cable TV, FREE local and long distance calls, bicycles, beach wagon and all the beach toys you need!! Immaculate home with many special touches. We offer both a pet free and smoke free environment for our guests; MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL required by our home owners association.

We are frequent renters at this property. The location near the beach literally means 'walk' to the beach. We not only walk to the beach in a few minutes but we can also walk into the village of Siesta Key. Parking is difficult - consequently location of a rental property in Siesta Key is a priority. This house is always immaculate. It is well appointed - truly our home away from home. The owners are readily available, attentive and great to work with. The pool and hot tub are amazing. So we walk the beach in the morning, swim in the heated pool in the afternoon, go out to one of the many great restaurants for dinner and then have a hot tub before bed. A day in paradise. It doesn't get better than that.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

this was our 6th year at 5579. The fact we keep returning speaks volumes about this property. We love this home. On arrival the house is always immaculate ...everything is ultra clean from floors to linens.we are very particular about the cleanliness of the place we stay and in 6 years the high standard has been maintained. The house is always being updated,well equipped with everything from pots and pans to beach toys and towels...every need is anticipated by the owners who are accessible and very hands on. Location is ideal...beach,village all within walking distance. We call it our paradise .......Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are third generation Siesta Key/Sarasota Vacationers who fell in love with the area and want to share our little piece of paradise with others.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
Our family has been vacationing on Siesta Key since 1956, and we have migrated to this area and now call Sarasota home !!! We (and our kids) also enjoy the fact that we less than 2 hours to Disney World !!

We are not only right across the street from the beach, but we are also less than a mile to Siesta Key's shopping and dining village.
