We have the ability to accomodate large families, with a WHOLE HOUSE rental (4/4=8 BEDROOMS) CALL OR EMAIL for the availability and rates.Park your car when you arrive, and you will not need it again till you are ready to go home! With the beach and boardwalk only 7 houses from your doorstep, this is your perfect oasis! Watch the fireworks every Friday evening from the spacious front deck. Our unit accomodates up to 11 with plenty of space. This smoke-free unit includes three queen beds, and two twins with a queen sofabed and a single sofabed in the living room and a single cot. It has two full baths, an outside shower, and off street parking for 3 cars.
WE DO NOT RENT TO UNDER AGE TENANTS.
Other features include a small backyard for children to play.TV's in all the bedrooms plus a 37" tv in the living room. All the conveniences of home are awaiting you along with the luxuries of a vacation atmosphere at a low price.

We got to the condo this afternoon at 2h30. I just wanted to let you know how perfect everything is. The condo is great! It’s clean, spacious, close to everything and we are having dinner on the balcony tonight…Pasta accompanied with red wine! The only thing that could’ve made our arrival better would have been a cold of cold ones in the fridge…loll! That was taken care of a couple of hours ago…

This is our 8th year on vacation in Wildwood and our 2nd year at your condo. Your location is by far, the best we have had. It is in close proximity to EVERYTHING and you don't really have to drive anywhere if you don't want to. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Highly recommended...

This place was just perfect. THe boardwalk was on the next block. Plenty of space. Super clean. We didn't move our car until mid-way through the week. If you have kids this place is a must. The twin bedroom has some toys and there are plenty of cartoon for them to watch. Would highly recommend! The owners were great to work with and even left us a greeting card to welcome us to the condo! Thanks again!

This condo is awesome! We had 4 families here and no one got in anyone's face all week. Plenty of space to "get away". The rooms are huge! Pictures do not do them justice. Tremendous amount of storage space so nothing is sitting out. Had everything we needed plus more. Some of our group didn't go to the beach some days and it was so nice to know they had a beautiful place to stay with lots to do. We are used to staying in a hotel and being out of the room most of the time but you didn't mind staying here and just relaxing. It was so nice to have the outside shower, with 8 of us here we didn't have any sand in the tub. Having the garage to store all you sandy shoes, boogie boards, and coolers from the beach made it so nice. We left everything packed in the cart and took it out the next day. No need to take it up to your room and get sand all over the floor. I can't say enough about the place and the difference in the vacation this condo has made for us. The owner will answer any silly question that you have either through email or on the phone. Nicest time we had at Wildwood because of this condo! It's absolutely beautiful and very well kept.

We had a great week at your condo. We had plenty of room for all 10 of us and we would come back in a heartbeat. Perfect for two families to share. The location was wonderful...we could walk to the beach, boardwalk, waterparks, wawa and restaurants. The pool table was a great plus for when we had some "down time". Everything we needed was right there. See you next year!

We stayed for our second year at your condo. Everything was great once again. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The boardwalk and beach are just steps away. This was a last minute rental for us and we were so pleased. The condo is beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured. The location was great. The beach and the boards were just steps away. If only I knew what was happening for next year I book again in a second.

Just back from our second year at this wonderful Condo. Once again, we lacked for nothing. Too bad that the pictures do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Even on the two non-beach days, we had a great time. Enormous, covered porch for all of us to enjoy each others company. Did not want to return home. Hopefully next time we can stay two weeks, instead of one. Thank-you again Debbie for a remarkable time....The Karl Family

This is our third season staying at 311 pine Street. The accomendations get better each year. Debbie and Rich have listened to their clients and made improvements to enhance our families enjoyment. Our vacations over the last 3 years have truly been memorable.
