Whether you like to relax on the beach, sit by the pool listening to the sound of the waves or admiring the beautiful sunset while sipping a glass of wine this is the place for you.

The Corcega Beach vacation rental is conveniently located on the ground floor, within steps of the swimming pool, the beach area, the gazebo and pool deck area. Located in a secure, gated condominium known as Victoria del Mar in Corcega Beach, Rincon's best swimming beach known for it's miles of clear blue swimming waters.

The apartment sleeps 8 comfortably with a maximum of 5 adults. It has two large bedrooms with air conditioning and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a private bath and a queen size bed. The second room has a full size bunk beds, also there are two very comfortable high quality full size futons in the living room.

The kitchen is newly remodeled and fully equipped with granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator with filtered ice maker and water dispenser, wine refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, regular and espresso coffee maker, electric grill, bagels size toaster, pots, pans, condiments and a IPOD/IPAD dock music system. There is a flat screen HDTV in the living room with DVD player, a wall mounted HDTV in the master room with premium cable service with over 150 channels. Also for entertaintment we have a Wii Console with games and lots of card and board games.
Rincon, a small friendly town worldwide recognized for its beautiful sunsets, whale watching, surfing and miles of clear blue swimming beaches where you can engage in most water sports while relaxing or dinning at the numerous outdoor pubs and restaurants where you can have a delicious meal while enjoying the sea breeze and ambiance.

We love to welcome you to our second home. This is also our family getaway and we have made everything possible for it to be as comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable as it's for us.

Sorry, no pets allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Very well equipped and organized. Family environment with a wonderful sunset waiting for you at just steps fro the bedroom. Great for the light traveler, all you need is your swimsuit and the suntan lotion!!

Two couples arrived, hassled and harried and ready for R&R. We got it. Rincon is a little gem, as is this condo. Well appointed, good location, nice beach and pool, and the place was practically deserted. Too bad you have to drive pretty much everywhere (other than beach and pool), but that just means more at-home snacks and meals made in the up-to-date kitchen. We spent a LOT of time in the gazebo by the pool, drinking coffee in the morning and rum drinks in the evening while watching sunsets. This can get very addicting! Restaurants in Rincon are more authentic than in other parts of PR, and our dinners out were fabulous no matter where we went. Credit cards got a rest too, since there is basically NOTHING to buy in this town, other than groceries and rum. Would recommend a night in San Juan either before or after (or both), since drive is a little tiresome after/before a long flight. GPS is definitely a plus. We so miss watching the kamikaze pelicans from the gazebo! And we left after a week, rested and relaxed and ready to return in a heartbeat.

Choosing a vacation home is always a bit nerve-inducing as you don't *really* know what you're getting until you get there. This condo is exactly as pictured and described. We loved the location, which gave us a very authentic experience of Puerto Rico. We flew in to San Juan, spent a night there and then spent a week in Rincon and then two days at a resort in Rio Grande. By far the best part of our trip was our time spent in Rincon. The condo is spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and truly right on the beach. There were so few people at the complex while we were there that it felt like we had our own private pool. We had private access to the beach as well, which was great. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save money on meals, though we did eat out quite a bit too. Our favorite restaurants were Ode to the Elephants, Lucky 13 for breakfast (my husband said they served the best eggs Benedict he'd ever had) and Calypso for appetizers and pina coladas. We ventured out around the area quite a bit, and one of our favorite experiences was visiting Ermita Espinar church in Aguada. We also enjoyed the Rincon Lighthouse and day trips to nearby towns. The Rincon area definitely has a very international feel. My husband and I definitely would visit Rincon again and would rent this same condo.

We had a pleasant stay! The apartment is modern and kid friendly. The owners think off those important details and leave friendly hand written notes as a welcome! The building is beautiful and clean! We loved the pool side area and the beach! The area is private and safe yet with access to near by date time and night time fun!

Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed at this great modern condo for one month and we had a terrific time. Not only is it tastefully done but you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just pack lightly and get ready to decompress! Early morning walks along the beach was amongst my favorites, the nearby resort like hotel " Villa "Cofresi has lots to offer. We took advantage of the water sports such as banana boat rides, jet skies and stand -up paddle. The bar/ grill overlooking the beach is a wonderful place to view the sunsets while you indulge in finger food and drinks at the bar. The inside restaurant has great Mahi Mahi fish, delicious shrimps and of course great rice and beans. Must do : Tamboo bar and grill has great oysters and a view included. For a more intimate , relaxing setting you may want to visit "The Nativo", tastefully tucked away... It's Tiki decor and nice reggae tunes echoing throughout..... Great mango drinks and delicious wings amongst a few to mention. The local SAMs club is a short drive away, as is Kmart and home depot for all your needs. Rainy days calls for redbox rentals at the local Walgreens .Rincon has lots of great eats everywhere and really nice locals you can hang with. The owner was a pleasure and kind enough to give us a call " just wanted to know if everything was ok " . Thank you , it was well appreciated.. And yes, we had a terrific time! Definitely a 5 on our list Rachael & Alfred. NYC

Everything was thought of by the owners to make our stay wonderful. There was a flashlight and candles for when a nasty storm knocked out the power; and even board games to pass the time. We had a lovely week and thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations. With three generations of family, there was something for all to do whether it be the internet, the pool, the beach, or cooking in the wonderfully appointed kitchen. There was beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and beach toys. How accomodating!!!
