About the owner: The owners grew up 60 miles from Myrtle Beach but prefer the quietude and overall family atmosphere of Holden Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Holden Beach: The wife's grandfather acquired the house in 1954 shortly after Hurricane Hazel had ravaged the area. Built in the late forties, the house is quality construction and marked by the caring and love of multiple generations.
The Unique Benefits at this House: The Crowd In represents spaces for connecting -- whether the hours spent sharing in the rocking chairs and the swing on the front porch; the mealtimes and games shared around the table; or even the prep and cleanup of meals in the well-equipped kitchen.
