The location of this condo is perfect! Just (150 yards) to Vail's newest high speed gondola number 1 which replaces the Vista Bahn chairlift, you cannot be more conveniently positioned to the fastest way up Vail mountain where the back bowls beckon and groomers abound. The Golden Peak area which houses the Children's Ski School is just a stones throw from this unit.
For a seasonal change of pace, if you have not been to Vail in the Summer, it is truly wonderful and should not be missed. Although just outside the bustling Vail Village 'core', you are still just a block and a half to the best shopping, restaurants and charm of Vail village. The neighborhood is quieter than you might otherwise expect for such a central location. You can walk to the center of Vail Village (Clock Tower, Covered Bridge, etc.) in just about two minutes, yet the building is just far enough off the beaten path that it is considered a very quiet, quaint location.
This 986 square foot two bedroom unit is perfect for a couple traveling with children, two couples traveling together or a family of six. The sleeping layout includes a king sized bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom (that can be joined together for a couple), an additional child's bed built-in the second bedroom as well as a double sized sofa bed in the living room. The living room features a gas-burning fireplace, a comfy seating layout with flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as a Sony TV in the living room all connected to WIFI and Cable. The nice big windows in the living room with a view south towards Vail Mountain. New stacked full sized washer and dryer in the units private laundry closet. Newly remodeled bathrooms include a double sized shower in the master bedroom and a shower/tub in the second bathroom. The kitchen includes new appliances and a separate attached dining area with seating for six. Exterior deck has a new propane gas grill. We are just a few steps from the outside heated pool located on the same floor as our unit that we greatly enjoy.
Our unit will make you feel at home and has a great layout. Our condo is located on the 1st level level of this quiet three story building. You will love the heated 100 degree pool just out the door unit and the fantastic location is well situated to everything Vail has to offer. If you want to work out in the gym, 1 free unlimited pass to the Vail Athletic Club is included with a 5 night reservation. Additional passes can be purchased at our reservations desk for $25.
We also own the 2 bedroom/2 bath unit across our own private hallway (sleeps 6) so if you have a larger group or need extra beds please let us know. It would be an ideal situation for 2 adult couples with up to 3 children each to go between the two units with privacy.

Pros: The best location in Vail. Walking distance from everything. You will not need a vehicle to shop, eat, movie theatre. The most cozy and comfortable condo. Literally two master bedrooms, two bathrooms. Very clean. Great (always warm) pools. Pool towels are available. Management is excellent. We were impressed with Nick. So nice and professional! Always ready to help. Vail health club is 1 min away and the condo stay includes vouchers. The Health Club is amazing! I will recommend this condo to all my friends and definitely will stay there again! Cons: we were not able to reduce the temperature in a condo lower then 65 degrees. And I love to sleep when it is cold. Other then that it is simply a perfect property.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Staying in Villa Valhalla Unit 3 for a week was an absolutely wonderful retreat! My family loved the location, the layout and everything about the villa. We took advantage of all Vail Village had to offer including trails, parks for children, shopping, eating, etc. We also used the kitchen at the villa for homemade meals, which worked out great. My daughter enjoyed playing in the pools each day, and we always had nice warm water. The beds were made for sleeping in and not getting up! Thank you so much, we will always cherish our first trip to Colorado because your villa made us feel like we were royalty!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We came to Vail for a weekend getaway, and what a wonderful place this was for that. The condo was very clean and it has a very comfortable and homey feel to it. The location can't be beat, just steps from the Vista Bahn, shops and restaurants. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. The pool was just a minute out the door and we enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the evenings. We highly recommend this unit.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
