  This is a very nice property in an excellent location. The proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and the pool were satisfactory for our family. We will definitely consider renting this property again.

  This was our first time renting a house and using VRBO. We were not disappointed. The house was ideal for our family of 5 and could easily have handled a few more people and did not seem crowded. The overall layout of the house was great. I am not sure how you would do it, but the family room could use more seating. It was a plus having direct TV on three televisions. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. Nice having washer and dryer. Very clean. Beach chairs were conveinent. Even though the pool was not right outside the door, a short walk, ride, or drive got you there easily. The pool was very nice and big. The beach was not really within in walking distance. We liked going to the public access so that we could utilize the shower and not track sand back to the house. If you are not familar with this area, and we were not, we enjoyed the closeness of Publix, Walmart, The Donut Hole, and Shrimper's Fresh Seafood Market. We came to utilize the beach and pool, so we did not spend much time in restaurants. We are going to give this 5 stars. The only downfall, and we knew this going in, the property is literally next 30A. Sometimes a little noisy, but acceptable.

  This house is perfect for all your needs. The house was clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults and 3 children in our group and there was plenty of space for us all. The owners provide just about everything you'd need on a vacation (e.g. beach toys, washer/dryer, pots/pans, dishware). The house does sit next to a busy road and can be a bit loud, but we brought a portable fan that canceled the road noise. The location of the house is perfect (not the busy Destin area). Short car ride to anything and everything you'd need or want to do. You won't regret staying here!!!! Thanks to the owners for making our family vacation wonderful!

  We have stayed at this home twice now. It is in the perfect location on beautiful 30A. We all had our own spacious room with private bathroom decorated in all beach themes for the complete package. Everything is freshly and tastefully decorated throughout. We loved exploring the area and enjoying the many choices of amazing restaurants in the area. We have it booked again for two more weeks this year :))

  We have visited the Lucky Snapper on two separate occasions. We love the short walk to the beach and access to the community pool. The house is located in quiet Santa Rosa Beach with no large condos. We would recommend this house to anyone! Can't wait to return!

  The Lucky Snapper was a great vacation for our family. We plan on returning. The house is walking distance to the beach and also close to area attractions. Santa Rosa is a quaint beach community, perfect for relaxing. The house is just as described. Comfortable! Recommend this location to friends and family.

  I stayed 5 days at this Private Home. It was great!!! Every morning we would ride bikes. There are many bike paths. The property owners had 4 bike and we brought our own too. If you need bikes there is a bike rental right up the road. There is also a swimming pool. It was very large with all the furniture you need. Just bring towels, toys, and sunscreen. The pool is just across the road from the home. In the afternoons we would go to different restaurants during happy hour and got great appetizers for 1/2 price. We did almost all the cooking at the house. It is fully supplied with everything you need to cook and clean. There are two seafood shops within 5 miles from the house.We would go and get seafood and cook it at the house. There is also a Publics near by. One of the childrens favor thing to do was to walk to the icecream parlor just up the road. The ocean is within walking distance from the house but we chose to ride the bike down the broad way to where there was a restroom near by. Very clean beach. The home owners let us use there beach toys which was great. If you like to shop there are great outlets just miles away. I would recommend this rental home.
