  As a family group of three,we stayed in this condo for two weeks.From the moment we arrived in the taxi we were blown away. Arriving out of office hours we were warmly welcomed by Tricia and with a friendly smile,she gave us a very informative introduction to our condo. Prior to arriving we had also been in contact with the owners, who had been incredibly helpful with information and advice about the area. They told us that they were only a phone call away should we have any problems whilst in their condo and I do believe this was a genuine offer although fortunately we did not need to use their services. During our stay we did have an issue with the lavatory flush. We spoke to Trisha and the problem was fixed within a couple of hours. This included calling a plumber, him visiting and assessing the situation, going away to obtain parts and returning to carry out repairs,I think this is excellent service.The condo is I believe, used regularly by the owners-and it shows!They have made it a real home from home. There is every facility that you could possibly need in each room. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped with absolutely everything that you can think of and all good quality utensils. Decor was light and airy whilst the pictures and accessories dotted about really did make you feel that you were in your second home. As this condo is on the ground floor it is excellent for people like myself who have mobility problems. If you go in higher condo's you have stairs to tackle (which get very slippery when wet) and there is no lift. Also being on the ground floor is so good when you just want to step out of your front door and walk the few steps to the seafront and watch the amazing nightly sunsets. During May the weather was incredibly sunny and hot - just what we wanted. I have to say the air conditioning is superb, really really efficient.If you only do one trip it has to be Stingray City up on the North coast. It is fantastic to swim with the stingrays in their natural habitat. We couldn't believe how few people used the pools, most of the time we had them virtually to ourselves which was incredible and it was hard to decide whether to lie on the sun loungers around the sparkling clean pools or to soak up the sun on the glittering white sands. . I could go on for ever singing it's praises but words don't do it justice, you need to get out there and experience everything for yourself. Go on, I promise you won't be disappointed.

  Spent 7 night at the Condo last week. It was wonderful, I really hope we will return to this Home away from Home' The owner has added all those little personal touches that make you feel you are staying with family. If you choose to eat in (eating out is expensive on Cayman) you'll find all the equipment you could possibly need here. The condo is very spacious with more than enough storage space. Beds are fantastic. On the ground floor set back from the beach but a very short walk through the immaculate grounds. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Onsite security made us feel very safe. The beach on this part of Seven Mile is very good, cool soft white sand. Plenty of loungers with shade and the Marriott nextdoor has an artificial reef/breakwater that is shallow and teaming with fish so excellent to snorkel. You have two supermarkets within walking distance, Fosters in one direction and Kirks towards George Town. We liked to walk up the beach then cut through onto the main road, pick up our breakfast then stroll back along the beach. I can recommend Coppperfalls Steakhouse just up the road for a treat. The only downside were the Mosquitos that love to feed around dusk. they are only really a problem if there has been a heavy rainfall but take some spray just incase. The condo has a good netting around the patio so you can happily sit outside but you'll need it for the outside seating at some restaurants If you go to Grand Cayman you really couldn't stay anywhere better .

  Great location close to shops and airport; but also on one of the nicest parts of the beach. The condos are well maintained, pool and garden very well kept. The condo itself was perfect - spacious and extremely well equipped. Decorated to a much higher standard than we would expect from a rental unit. Great experience and we would certainly return or recommend it.

  If you are looking for a super relaxing vacation in a perfect setting you can stop here! The location on 7 mile beach could not be more ideal. The quiet and convenience of condo living with a lovely hotel next door if you would like some of the amenities they offer (spa, restaurants and beverages). The condo is downstairs,beautifully appointed, comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. This is a small complex so you are a few steps to the pool and the beach. Umbrellas, chairs and towels a
