This unit has been totally renovated and everything in it is BRAND NEW. There is a private balcony overlooking the pool and the beach walkover is only yards away. There are Tennis Courts on the premises and the unit is very close to many restaurants, shopping, putt-putt golf, jet skiing, parasailing and even Funny Car Rental. Right up the road from beautifully kept public basketball courts.
This comfortably decorated unit will provide you with all the amenities of home. Three flat screen televisions, Full Kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, blender, coffee maker and refrigerator/ice maker. King size bed in the Master and the second bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle and an oversized chair that makes out into a bed as well. In the living room there is a sofa sleeper.
Downtown there is the historic district also known as Seville Square, shopping malls and Air Naval Station Museum (home of The Blue Angels).

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during peak season but execeptions are made ,check the calendar for availability. Minimum of a three night stay.$300 security deposit for rentals 5 days and under $500 for 7 nights and over. Refundable back to credit card after check out.

I just want to say Thankyou, my family and I really enjoyed staying in Pensacola and your accomadations made the stay so enjoyable, the place had everything you said it would offer, could throw a rock to the ocean, went for a walk on the beach everyday, enjoyed the view and found some really cool shells, met people from every where, so again, Thankyou very much, one more thing the place was immaculate, very clean, we will be back, You made my first trip to Florida very enjoyable, We will recommend your place to all our friends.....God Bless and take care....Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

My goodness, where do I begin? Upon arriving at this condo and opening the front door, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our mini February vacation! This condo was super clean, super fresh, and not a single thing missing. Everything is new in the condo -- Everything! We could not hear any neighbors walking up or down the stairs or in their condos. The owner was the BEST! So incredibly sweet and nice, and her go-to guy in Pensacola Beach was just as wonderfully sweet. The location is spectacular if you like "quiet" and not the regular vacation scene. Driving just a couple minutes up the street got us to the tourist places and many, many restaurants. It was lovely driving home in the evening (literally just 2-3 miles?) and not hearing anything. We so wanted to stay longer, but life at home in the Florida Keys called us back too soon. We will definitely return, and most assuredly we give this place two thumbs up, five stars, push the "like" button...what else can we say? We LOVED this place! If you like clean, fresh, new, easy owners and beautiful beaches, this is the place for you! P.S.: Oh, and the ducks...did I mention the adorable ducks? There are many mallard ducks swimming in the two ponds on the property. They love bread and attention! Enjoy!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
