This place is old, dirty and dumpy...It smelled like cleaning fluid and it gave us sinus colds from the a/c unit or the ventilation unit... The master bed was horrible...squeeked w/ every move and was most uncomtable. Also the dresser drawers in master are DEADLY...they slide right out old and fell on my toe...they weight about 10-15 lbs each...these drawers are a lawsuit waiting to happen....overall I hate to be mean but this place is an absolute DUMP....it's a disgrace to Rosemary Beach ......Also your neighbors left their beer cans and trash on the front door step for 2 days like a Panama City motel 6....FYI the place was so lousy we left 1 day early to head home.....Did you find this review helpful? My family and I stayed in this flat back in February. I have 2 sons that shared the twin room. It was perfect and spacious for them. We really enjoyed the comfortable decor and the location was perfect! We were right outside of the St Augustine green where the boys played in the afternoons after we hit the beach. We did book for our first time through VRBO and were a little worried about the service. That was NEVER an issue for us. The management company was on site and great!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
