For those bringing a pet ($50 pet fee), there is a small fenced area (see pic) that allows you to let your dog out from upstairs to 'do business' wihout you having to go out before your morning coffee.:)
The kids' suite (a separate lower level entrance) provides a daybed, bunks and a flip bed providing sleeping for four in total....with bath, air conditioning and t.v.!
There is an outdoor enclosed shower to get the sand and salt off of everyone before going inside. WHAT a treat.:)
It's an easy walk to the popular 6th Street beach, and Tybee's huge Memorial Park is only about a block away! (skate area, basketball, picnic/grilling pavilions, volleyball, tennis and childrens' park with LOTS of playground equipment.
This long time family home is almost exactly mid-island, which gives you quick access to everything in every direction! :)
