The picket-fence enclosed 65 x 220 foot property is a flag lot, surrounded by bushes and trees and accessed by a 100+ foot long driveway. Pick fresh Hydrangeas for your table or breakfast in bed.
The cottage is simply furnished and freshly painted (white). There are four bedrooms, two upstairs and two down. Dining Room seats 8.
The over-sized 17 x 40 + foot pool has a 3-foot shallow end, a 9-foot deep end. New Solar Heater. The gas grill, hot water outdoor shower, old fashioned clothes line, both sunny and shady backyard, along with the pool, make this the perfect setting for an unforgettable summer of fun for families and friends.
But the best part is you'll be relaxing at your pool while everyone else heading to the further reaches of The Hamptons is stuck in traffic.

A group of five of us rented this cottage for the month of July last year and we could not be any happier with our experience! The house is well kept and very cozy. It has a beautiful pool with a huge front and back yard. Each night we BBQ'd and had dinner parties outside. There is also an outside shower which was a big hit. I love this house so much, and i hope to come back and rent it again next year! @HamptondollsRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time. Really, it was just wonderful and to be honest we were so sad to leave your lovely home and the Hampton Bays area. We felt that Hampton Bays has such a lot to offer and we all understood why you bought the property in the location. It was the perfect central spot for us to then explore the beaches, harbour restaurants, wineries, and not too far to venture to East Hampton etc and sample the lovely stores and restaurant scene there. Plus we also managed to get to River Head for the outlets... But what was so brilliant was that your home provided the perfect base for us with the children - the pool is gorgeous and the layout of the house helped us to get the children settled in the evening so we could then have relaxing dinners. It was truly fantastic. We will definitely keep in touch as we would love to come back some time. The only regret we had was that we didn't stay longer (or therefore book earlier!).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I and our toddler son, spent a really wonderful long weekend at the cottage. The cottage was very clean, really charming and had everything we needed for the the weekend. We loved the pool and just hanging out in the back yard, it felt very private yet we were minutes away from the grocery store, cute little restaurants and the beach! I would highly recommended this place! A truly wonderful getaway. And the owners were great too, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.Did you find this review helpful?
