A spacious living room, dining room, and library with unmatched golf course vistas, fully-equipped kitchen, furnished screen porch with dining for six to eight, and open furnished deck. Gas fireplace, four TVs, DVD, VCR, and CD player, washer/dryer, barbecue grill, and linen service available. Casually elegant master suite includes four-poster, queen-size bed and deluxe bath. Sunny, second bedroom has two twins and full-size hall bath. Loft bedroom features complete privacy, queen-size bed, full bath, large closet, and full-size dresser. The villa is located in family-friendly Village of Bear Trap Dunes, where visitors can enjoy such high-end amenities as golf, tennis, one indoor and two outdoor pools, fitness club, and sauna. Enjoy casual or fine dining at the Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Bear Trap's shuttle offers regular transportation to and from the beach, just 5 minutes away. Passes for the pools, fitness center and beach shuttle are $15 per pass per week and can be purchased from the Community Pavillion with a copy of your Lease.
