About the owner: My husband and I are easy going and active. We love to bike in the summer and ski in the winter. My husband doesn't always wear that sling, he just happened to break his arm last summer! We spend summers in Cape Cod, MA and winters in Park City, UT, and spend little time in PA anymore.
Why the Owner Chose New Hope:
This is the home that we raised our two boys in. It is large and we no longer need to live in such a large home. Exterior landscaping and snowplowing is included with this lease.

Solebury is 10 minutes from the Delaware River and the artsy tourist town of New Hope, PA. Right across the bridge is Lambertville, NJ known for the many galleries and antique shops. The towpath along the Delaware River is perfect for biking. Solebury is also 10 minutes to Doylestown, PA which is a quaint town of shops, the Mercer Museum, and many parks. Peddlers Village in Lahaska, PA is a 3 minute drive from our home. There are many children's day camps running in the summer within 10 minutes of our home.
