  My husband and myself enjoyed this beautiful, clean and well maintained home in the community of Indian Palms. We met the owner who is very pleasant and accommodating. They were very helpful, understanding and easily accessible. We enjoyed the spa each morning while watching the sunrise and the golfers passing. This area in Indio is quiet and easy to drive in. There are lots of activities close by and within the community itself. We stayed for one month and this property can be booked for that amount of time only unlike a lot of others. We plan on booking this property for next year.

  This was my first time using VRBO to rent a home, and the owner was very communicative and patient throughout the entire process. Her home has everything you need for a great vacation at anytime of year with plenty of extra bedding, towels, etc. We had the best time at Coachella Music and Arts Festival, this home was the perfect place to come back to afterwards. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are attending any of Goldenvoice's music festivals in April, as it is walking/biking distance (>15 min) to the event in a very quiet neighborhood. Also, the property is very neat and spacious, the pictures do not do it justice. We will be back next year.

  Our stay in this beautifully appointed home was the highlight of this year's desert holiday. The salt-water pool and spa on the sun filled patio beckon each morning and invite you to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighbourhood as it awakens. The home was spotless and welcoming from the minute we arrived. All our questions were immediately answered by the homeowner and we were made very welcome. Super comfortable beds make for a very restful night after a day exploring the Coachella Valley's atractions. We will definitely keep this home at the top of our list.

  House was not only beutiful but clean, pool and hot tub well maintained, all amenties available with stocked kitchen and patio gas grill, watch the airballoons rise in the early morning with the sunrise over the golf course and mountain view, great to park your car in garage, the casita was cute, cozy and comfortable, amazing master suite with great tub and seperate shower, full interenet services and printer available, a great time was had by all in a great place! Owners are very easy to work with and very accomidating. Thanks for the great memories!!

  House was amazingly clean and beautiful! I love to golf and the fact that its located on the 4th tee box was pretty cool to me. The house has everything you need and want. There's no need to bring anything. To be honest it was nicer and more pleasant that some of the hotels I've been to. Owners were very friendly over the phone as well as email. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative!
