Beautiful home on an estate, tastefully decorated by a designer,this is a unique very tranquil and private estate in the heart of Scottsdale.
The interiors are tastefully appointed in luxurious fabrics and furnishings,art and accessories.Walk in closets and spacious bathrooms complement the spacious bedrooms.
There is a dining set each in the main home,which sits 6 and the studio,which sits 4 comfortably.

I and my fiancee visited Arizona and were fortunate to have found this home on vrbo.It is private,luxurious, in a hidden enclave like atmosphere but yet so close to all the attractions of a high class urban lifestyle of Scottsdale.We enjoyed the shopping restaurants and golf and also spent a day at the world famous spa of camelback resort.Everything is so near from this home.Our puppy was also welcome and had fun chasing rabbits.Sure to come back again in February.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We reserved this home for a quick get away and for our shopping for Christmas.Beautiful and gorgeous.Close to the airport,shopping and restaurants.Very exclusive and unique.We enjoyed all the amenities and the gorgeous views from the windows and the patios.It was just great to get away from it all.We will be sure to be back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

I and my husband returned to this lovely enchanting home for a week during Xmas. The home was decorated by owner with beautiful holiday decor and the residence looked absolutely gorgeous. The weather was to die for and as usual the owners were very accommodating and hospitable. The interior of the home itself was completely renovated by new furnishings,new bed sheets and pillows. Even the accents and paintings were changed. We used the barbecue as frequently as we chose too and roamed the estate freely. The dining and the holiday shopping was absolutely phenomenal and we tasted the cruisine at each if the well known restaurants every different eve.We hiked the mummy mountain and the Camelback. We also had our fun at the casinos. The home description in the listing does not do justice! It is absolutely splendid and very luxurious. The access to the different major routes and the airport is so easy...most major routes are only 5 mints away and the Scottsdale airport is only 7 mints away. Definitely recommend for a family or a couple. We will be sure to return again shortly for the spring break.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

I and my wife and two kids stayed at this beautiful home over thanksgiving for a week. The home was every bit as described in the listing.Calm and serene location.Wonderful choice of restaurants and exquisite shopping with in 5-7 minutes of the home.Easy access to the 101 and 51.We hiked the Camelback mountain and walked the town roads.Very wealthy neighbourhood with large estates. Favorite second home choice of celebrities....actors,athletes,authors,CEOs of major corporations.Enjoyed the occasional sightings bob cats and frequently of large barn owls,hawks, rabbits,javelinas and coyotes.The landlord's dog was as welcoming as the landlord who made sure we were comfortable and well attended to.Very well behaved gentle dog who was very social and was loved by the kids and our dog too.We chose to have extra housekeeping daily, for additional reasonable cost and that was superb too.Nice crisp sheets and pillow cases and meticulously cleaned luxury home.Well worth the money,We are sure to return to this place soon.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We rented this property for the month of March in 2012.....we were in the area for spring training (my husband) and shopping and great dining (me) and this place was perfect. Most of our stay was just the 2 of us with a couple of guests for 2 of the weeks. The place is just minutes from Scottsdale Blvd and the 101 so getting around was easy. Our landlord knocked himself out to make us feel welcome and make sure we were comfortable. The house had all we needed......the layout is not perfect for 2 couples....the 2nd bedroom guest has to go around on the patio to the main living area in order to not go thru the master bedroom but it was not a big deal for us. We had full use of the pool, spa,etc. The resident dog became our new best friend and provided the dog-fix we needed. You will not be disappointed renting this property. It is not huge but the location is great.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: We had this home custom built in this exclusive location because of the unique location of Scottsdale in the southwest.Moreover, this section of Scottsdale we are in, has large land parcels that is mandatory for each property....an acre or more.We enjoy the lush large areas of greenery and exclusivity of the area with its low traffic and its inherent prosperity of the residents who live here.This area is home to several celebrities,ball players and athletes,professionals and successful business men.The area is assiduously patrolled by the police and the crime rate is very low. The home is in close proximity to events like the Phoenix open,Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show,Barrett Jackson exotic car auctions and many events that are constantly going on in Scottsdale.This is a very vibrant area of the country with its year round pleasant climate and mild winters. The home is within 15 minutes of downtown and has quick easy access to all the expressways thus making a commute very easy. We love dining out and there are several well known restaurants offering delicious variety of cuisine. We love Golf and have not missed the Phoenix open since we moved here.There are atleast 20 championsip golf courses in close proximity of our home.We love to ride horses and make it a point to attend the Scottsdale Arabian Horse show. HISTORY OF SCOTTSDALE:The first white company staked claim in the region in 1868. Jack Swilling set up the Swilling Irrigation Canal Company to refurbish and improve upon the ancient irrigation system originally constructed by the Hohokam. However, the influx of Anglos would not significantly increase until twenty years later. In the early 1880s, U.S. Army Chaplain, Winfield Scott, who was lured in to help promote Phoenix and the surrounding area, was impressed with the region and paid the paltry sum of $2.50 an acre for a 640-acre (2.6 km2) stretch of land where the city is now located.
