It really is a great place for a family vacation !

We are from Michigan where the winters are long, the summers are short and the spring and fall is beautiful. We spent our entire life in Michigan, We came here on vacation one year with Grandma and the kids, fell in Love with the area, bought a Vacation condo on the Beach and several years later we Moved to Sunny Florida from Novi Michigan. Since we live here we thought we would share our beautiful Vacation Home by offering it as a vacation rental and off setting the very high cost of maintaining the property , the insurance and the taxes on such a Beautiful Direct Beach Front Location. Our guest love the place as much as we do. Our kids and Grandkids think it is the greatest place ever. Now we are the Grandparents and they Love vacationing at the Condo. We have Five Grandchildren in VA, and Two Grandchildren that live here in the Tampa , St. Pete area. We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The location was fantastic - right on the beach. We also had use of an outdoor pool and hot tub. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

This is a yearly trip with spouse and friends. First time to stay two weeks! We had just a great time we will return for two weeks again in the fall! The condo is very spacious and it worked out great having the washer and dryer! The owners were great in answering all of our questions! Many great places to dine in the area. We enjoyed the Conch Republic, The Original Pizza Restaurant, and The Lighthouse to name a few. The Pub is another great place to eat. You are able to sit outside and watch the boats pass by!

We rented this condo for our Spring Break vacation with our teenage daughters (16 and 18) and we all absolutely loved it. Our fears of wild college parties everywhere were unfounded. There were mostly families with children and teenagers, or retired folks. The beach is fantastic, pool and hot tub are great. The pool is heated to a nice temperature, which is nice to go swimming early morning or evening. We liked that the condo was on the first floor, so it was quick to get from the beach and pool and back. The proberty was clean and well maintained, so is the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Everything was described accurately. The pictures on the website look good, but it looks much better "for real". The views of the beach and ocean from the living room and master bedroom are spectacular. The balcony has a small table and chairs and it was our favorite hang-out at breakfast and sunset for nature and people watching. You can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, jet skis, and sail boats right out on the beach. The condo also provides lounge chairs for the beach and towels, which is great. We brought our tennis rackets and found a couple of nice courts in a park a block down the road, a five minute walk. There is a trolley that goes up and down the road right outside the condo, that many people were using, We never did, but if somebody doesn't have a car, it is a great way to get around to all the nearby restaurants and stores. We are telling all our friends and family about this place and are planning on going back (hopefully soon).

The condo was fantastic, we had 5 adults and 2 children(ages 2 and 4). There was plenty of room in the condo. Everybody loved the pool and the beach. We all enjoyed the view from the balcony. We went to the Lowry Park Zoo, our children loved it! The tiki bar at the Doubletree was great. The outside grill by the pool was nice to have. Our daughter did not want to leave and she wants us to go back to the same place next year. Thanks Mitzie and Jerry!

I was a little bit apprehensive about making a reservation for a beach condo, since many of these condos are set back from the beach quite a bit. Boy was I surprised, it was a simple walkout and into the water. Great location, and my family enjoyed it big time. Even saw Dolphins playing in the waves. The listing only shows tidbits of the beauty that lies on this beach. The unit itself very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths we had plenty of room for the 9 people on our trip. It's very clean and the decor is up to date. Kudos for the bonus washer and dryer right in the condo. The beach has sparkling white sand and is conveniently located next to a Double Tree Hotel which has an awesome tiki bar to share drinks and the sunset with friends and family. The kids loved the ocean but were greatful for the pool and volleyball court. You can also rent cabanas, umbrellas, chaise lounges, sea doos and other water toys. We Loved our stay and met the owners who are awesome people. We will be back!!

We stayed in your beautiful condo and really appreciated and enjoyed your furnishing and amenities. The view of the Gulf, including the sunsets was spectacular. Nothing is like being so close to this beautiful white beach the way this condo allows. Why would I go stay anywhere else after staying here? We were able to jump on the beach trolley right out front and cruise around the whole day with out using our car, big plus with three kids. The unit was large enough for 'special privacy' for us away from the kids rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were nicely furnished. The views from the balcony are uniquely beautiful each and every night. I would recommend this unit to any family who loves the beach and we'll be back as soon as we can. thanks!

We have vacationed in the beaches area on numerious occasions and stayed at various resorts. This past vacation in your condo was by far the best. It is such a convient location! We were close to everything and the view of the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico was breath taking! We appreciated the fact that you supplied beach towls for us to use at the beach and pool. It was nice not to have to use our bath towls at the beach. Thank you again for all the comforts and conciences of home. We definatly plan on staying at your cond again.
