Need a rest? Sit in Gazbo or on your deck and swing, watching the world and bayou go by and the sunset on a fun day. You might see the pelicans and dolphins stop by for a bite to eat, or our local Heron, George, fishing the shallows along our bulkhead. By the way this is a great place for morning coffee and Goooood Morning Cotton Bayou!
Ready to eat? Eat in - kitchen / dining room is ready for your magic. Food stores 1/4 mile away to meet your menu. Eat out - you can walk, go by boat, or go by car. Cotton Bayou area has several resturants that can be reached by boat or car some with charter fishing docks to see the caughts. Seafood is supreme, but alot of resturant choices are available.
Ready to settle down and turn in? This three bedroom condo is your home away home. Enjoy

-- whether you own or rent the inshore waterway and Robinson Island maybe your oyster! Off shore gulf access at Perdido Pass is 3/4 of a mile for the condo

Good location - enjoyed having boat slips and pool right there. AC worked great - which was important this time of year!!! Nice kitchen - everything we needed to cook. Met the owners - great people.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

A great place to stay, quiet comfortable, close to just about anything you could ask for. We spent 6 nights there and enjoyed the whole time. We would definitely stay here again and probably will on our next trip to Orange Beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We brought with intent to live here, and we did for all the reasons listed above. Living the beach lifestyle in sweet home "Lower Alabama". It has been so good we have out grown the condo and bought a house here in Orange Beach and will now start renting this condo.
