Get ready for fun at this 3 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor condo at The Palms in Orange Beach, Alabama. It is equipped with WiFi and HDTV. It is located directly on the beach with a short board walk with showers leading to the sugar white sands. The living room and master bedroom opens to a large balcony with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and is just perfect for sunning in the loungers or just sipping in the shade at the tall balcony table.
The outdoor pool is on the South side of the towers right on the beach! The indoor pool is surrounded by windows near the state of the art fitness center and sauna. Bring your tennis rackets, the court is just 2 floors directly below the condo. The amenity areas and pools are well maintined and the pools are sparking clean! Beach loungers with umbrellas are available for rent.
The bedding arrangement is King/Queen/Twins/Sleeper Sofa. The private master bath and the guest bath have a tub/shower combo. The professionally selected art and quality furnishings are beautifully colorful and comfortable. There are closets in each bedroom and storage furniture. The linens are on the beds and there is an ample supply of bath towels for all, but please bring your own beach towels, food and personal items.
The minimum age to book this family vacation home is 25. No parties or rowdy guests allowed. This is strictly enforced to ensure the value of the condo is maintained year round.

My 8 year old daughter and myself spent 4 nights in this condo. It was super clean. I am very picky and find this to be the most important detail. The complex sits on the beautiful beach at Orange Beach and we enjoyed our quiet mornings watching the dolphins swim by. The unit is well stocked and comfortable. The kitchen is enormous and the bedrooms very spactious. Also, the balcony was quite wide. There were a couple of lounge chairs, regular chairs and pub height table and chairs. The tall chairs made dolphin watching easy even for my 8 year old. The towels and linens were super nice. I am a sheet snob, so I appreciated nice linens (I usually bring my own). There are numerous grocery stores and restaurants. We found the location to be perfect. Pam the property manager was fantastic! She made this a very easy and enjoyable stay. This is the 2nd time we have used her and couldn't be happier! Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
