Queen size beds in each of two bedrooms, a queen size Jennifer Convertible in the living room, plus three single beds upstairs and two single beds downstairs, complete the sleeping arrangements. All linens provided, even beach towels!

The home is great. I know it is called a "condo" but honestly the "condo" is a two story house attached to another two story house. If anything it is an attached duplex/townhouse. It has been recently remodeled. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen all look out directly onto the bay. Great sunsets can be viewed from almost any room if you are too lazy to walk down to the beach. There is hardly ever people down at the beach as it is fairly private. The home is equiped with everything you might need.covered trailer/boat storage downstairs, protected dockage on one side or anchor up in on the bay and walk up to your back door. Set directly on White Marlin beach which is where the locals come to anchor up and watch the sunsets. We will be coming back for years to come and have already reserved our spot for this coming year. We brought our 2 boys with us and have stayed in the keys every year.....They will not allow us to go anywhere else in the keys now as they are spoiled.....Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This was the *perfect* getaway. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and has everything you could want/need while you're on vacation. However, if you're anything like me, you wont be able to peel yourself away from the beach long enough to take advantage of all it has to offer. The condo is right on the water, which is crystal clear, warm, and perfectly refreshing on a warm Fl Keys day. There's a tiki hut on the beach where you can take shade while taking in the view or just sit back and read a book. I enjoyed that the beach is private so you never have to worry about crowds or unwanted company. If I could give anyone some advice about their stay at this condo, it would be this: Make time to watch the sunset. I promise you wont want to miss it. And eat your meals on the patio. There's nothing like sitting on the patio, overlooking the water and palm trees while having your breakfast. Its the perfect way to start your day! I cant wait to go back!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Year Purchased: 1990
About the owner: We are native Floridians, both born in Dade County (just an hour north of the House) , we retired to Gainesville, FL six years ago. We love nothing better than to spend time in the Keys, and although we have traveled quite a bit, we've never seen a place as beautiful as our paradise in the Keys!
Why the Owner Chose Islamorada:
We were both raised to spend holidays and vacation days in the Keys. Our children consider themselves to be 'Conchs' a name natives of Key West have adopted with pride.
My family has been involved and in business with the Keys since the 1920's.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our children enjoy boating, fishing, jogging, biking, and diving from this house. Excellent local restaurants fill out the perfect needs of a vacationer.
