Perfect for two families, the house at "Kuffie's Cove" includes two master suites each with queen-sized beds, balconies that overlook breathtaking views, and full private baths. Both master suites have new flat-screen cable tvs, heated towel bars and one has a private sun terrace. There is a third double bedroom and another full bath on main floor.
The large, bright kitchen with skylights has views out to the sea and overlooks the dining area with fireplace. Dine fireside in the evenings or grill on the deck and dine by the water (deck has ample seating areas with two sets of tables and chairs and 2 chaise lounges). See the ships sail by while you relax with digital cable TV/DVD, and WiFi internet. Living Room includes a Steinway Grand Piano. French doors open onto a large screened porch with wicker seating. A separate "Children's Wing" adjoins the screened porch, includes two sets of bunk beds and a double bed in the loft bedroom (for your nanny), a separate TV and DVD and plenty of room for the children to romp inside and out on the one acre lawn.
