Relax in the Caribbean of the north, sitting on the sands of Lake Michigan with views of a variety of the water's blues. Enjoy being right on the lake only steps away from the beach. This is where you will enjoy swimming, sun bathing, treasure hunting on your walks along the shore, whiffle ball baseball, football in the sand bar shallows or simply bury yourself in a book. As the day moves to night, settle in to watch some of the most beautiful sunsets.
This cottage has the value of two: two floors, with two newly remodeled bathrooms and two full kitchens. All lake side walls have large windows for excellent panoramic views. There is a large deck off the house and a patio that flows to the yard. This is a great space for Barbeques with family and friends.
Comfortably sleeps 8 with a potential for 10. There is also a wood fireplace upstairs and a large fire pit on the beach for s’mores and hoagie pies, while making great family memories.

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. The house is immaculate and the rooms were large enough to accommodate our family of eight. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed sitting outside by the house watching the boys down by the water playing in the sand. There were chairs down on the beach for all of us also. We have been renting a cottage in Holland every summer for the past 9 years. This year my sister and brother-in-law from Florida joined us and said it was well worth the trip! I highly recommend this house. Thank you to the owners for keeping it clean and well equipped even down to the games and beach toys for the children. Next year I will know not to pack so many extras.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Everything was as expected regarding the property, but better. The photos did not do the place justice. It was spotless and smelled great! My family had a wonderful time, we had eveything we needed. The owner provided all beach toys/equipment and had lots of rainy day activities too. The owner was accessible, helpful and friendly in general. The only suggestions I would make are that more towel racks or hooks are needed, especially in the downstairs bath, and a rug inside the door to the downstairs sunroom. The tile there was very slippery with wet feet. Highly reccomended by this family.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

May - June 16 and September, $1800/ week June 16 - August, $2300/ week Except July 4th week, $2700/ week Rental is on a weekly basis only, from Saturday to Saturday, Check in at 4 pm and check out is 10 am 50% of the weekly rate due to secure date and the remaining 50% due 1 month A $300 refundable cleaning deposit and $300 refundable security deposit required
