Get away from it all! On a secluded and wooded one and a half acres you will be able to relax on the porch and enjoy the birds and unbelievable birch and maples trees. One block from the ocean you can sit on the beach and watch the sailboats go by; you can go kayaking for the day; take a stroll around the island; or ferry over to Freeport and Portland for a day of shopping or theatre. This log home will give you all the modern amenities you can ask for while at the same time you will bask in the ambience of an authentic log home in the woods.
Two living areas, four bedrooms, two large baths with jetted bathtub/shower combo, large porch, and super kitchen! Because Woodsea Place is so close to the ocean bugs are not a problem. A gentle breeze is lovely in the evening while you relax with your loved ones by the fire on cool evenings or with a cold drink out on the porch on warm days.

Gas stove, convection oven, granite counter tops, large maple chopping block cabinet and a beautiful set of gracious china befitting a log home with sparkling new stainless steel table ware for up to twenty guests. Wine, water, iced tea and mixed drinks glasses are on hand, along with nice plastic ware for children and outdoor dining. Two coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, Kitchen Aid mixer, blender and toaster.
Cooking Utensils Provided: Tri-ply stainless steel cookware with an amazing array of artful serving utensils, including Wustof cutlery and steak knives.
Refrigerator: New side-by-side refrigerator with ice and cold water dispenser on the door.
