Phoenix 9 is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix 9 condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48' flat screen HDTV in living room with a wall mounted 32' TVs in the master bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a second bedroom with a King bed, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is an outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool on the 7th floor, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and indoor tennis court. Park directly on the 3rd floor and avoid the elevators!
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Love the Phoenix 9! The condo was in a great location... we could park on the 3rd floor and go directly to the condo without having to get into an elevator. We also loved that the unit was on the pool side with a great view of the beach! The king bed in the guest bedroom was a bonus since we had two couples there. Really liked the indoor pool and hot tub area.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
