Be one of the first to vacation at the best condo at Phoenix West. Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. You can also park directly on the 7th floor and avoid the elevators!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50' flat screen HDTV with Blue Ray DVD in living room with surround sound, a master with a king bed and a 42' flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the master, a second bedroom with a king bed and a wall mounted 32' TV, a third bedroom with two queen beds and a 32' TV with DVD player, laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the condo next door, perfect for large families!!
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

We just completed a 7 day vacation in this Unit and LOVED every moment of our time. The unit was just as pictured: spacious, well decorated, and very clean. Parking on the 7th floor deck, just steps away from our front door, was wonderful, especially with the luggage of 6 adults and 2 toddlers! The activities, i.e. lazy river, water slide, and various pool options were perfect for our family. We found everyone very accommodating, especially the Security Staff. The booking agent for this unit was prompt with his correspondence and certainly met our expectations. We will be back~Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

This condo is just as pictured! Very easy access to condo from parking garage and we loved the automatic locks on the door - made it so much easier than everyone having to keep up with those little access cards! Our booking agent, Cayce, was also great to work with. We will definitely be back next summer!!!Recommended for: Families with young children.
