I grew up in the midwest, served a Tour Of Duty in Vietnam after working 35 years as a Boilermaker & retiring, certain family needs changed so that my wife needed to be near her family that lives here, so we made the big move from Indiana to Panama City Beach, so my young daughter and I now call this home and can not leave here, living on the beach is paradise and very close to God's unchanged creation for me! This is our 2nd home and we live a few mins away from our condo, I have always enjoyed sharing my things with others, so I hope you enjoy what could be your paradise too! REMEMBER MY CONDO IS NOT A PARTY ROOM! IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO RELAX , SLEEP AND ENJOY THE BEACH!
My condo is available to sleep the most and cost the less! I pay all taxes & fee's except $70-$100 for cleaning

This was the perfect place to stay. Our condo was a perfect size and felt like home!!! Nothing like waking up in the mornings and looking out over the beach. It was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to stay at. I cant wait to get back down there and enjoy it again!!! This spacious condo is a luxury suite featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 22nd floor. The kitchen is large for preparing meals there, and a living room extension(almost like a great room). The views from this condo are strikingly beautiful through the floor to ceiling slider door and windows. The amenities at this property are everything you could ask for and more. (Indoor and Outdoor pools and hot tubs, on-site restaurant/bar, coffee shop, etc.) It is located in the heart of Panama City Beach convenient to everything and close to downtown Panama for a day-trip. We will definitely return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Jim's condo was awsome. Everything was very clean and worked great! Our group consisted of two couples. We cooked a few things in the kitchen which had all the appliances we needed. The balcony is large enough for all of us to enjoy a meal at the same time while overlooking the beach. Nothing bad to say about this place. My family, including two teenagers, had a wonderful time in panama city. Jims condo is exactly as described. We had no problems at all with the condo, there was plently of room. Jim had everything we could possilbly need. He even had two chairs for the beach for us to use! Everything about the condo and Jim was perfect, would use again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Four of us stayed at this condo and it was very clean and comfortable, all we needed were beach towels and groceries.There's a Walmart and several good eating places nearby. It has a great view from the 22nd floor. Jim, the owner, was very friendly and responsible. Everything was just as he said it was and the price was better than other condos the same size. His VRBO# is 395836 and I will definitely check with him before our next trip to Panama City Beach.
