A modern coral stone villa located on the exclusive West Coast beachfront. Privately owned and managed with a personal touch, this superb villa offers you holiday living at its finest. For those who prefer the privacy of their own pool, the owners have completed the gardens with the addition of a sparkling moat-like swimming pool, providing a haven of peace and tranquility.
This villa is rented complete with all equipment and utilities and is run by excellent staff.
The home is comprised of four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and include a large master bedroom with an adjoining kitchenette. A lovely terrace leads out from the master bedroom and the adjacent guest bedroom and affords guests a stunning view over the pool and the beach – perfect for watching the glorious Caribbean sunsets every evening. In addition, there is a pool-side playroom with HiFi equipment and Cable TV which is also available in the master bedroom.
New Mansion is a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and just next door to Treasure Beach Hotel. There are a variety of duty free shops, world class restaurants and night spots, supermarkets and banks that are just minutes drive away.
