We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse. It was very quiet, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and reading on the third floor. Her impressive DVD collection entertained us on rainy nights. The townhouse was close to everything--downtown Rehoboth, the beach, restaurants, and the outlets. We would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to return next year.

We had a terrific time at your place. We plan to come back, thats for sure. Te kids loved the pool and had a great time catching the blue gills in the pond. Plenty to do by the beach, your place was extremely comfortable, thank you for renting to us. ave a great fall and winter hope to see you next year

This property is tastefully furnished and beautifully maintained. The location is a nice walk or bicycle ride into town or to the beach. Parking is included in the complex and the owner's parking permit made it convenient to park in town, where parking would otherwise have been quite challenging. My family would be happy to stay at this home the next time we return to Rehoboth.

Hi Jackie, I just wanted to tell you we had a great time at Rehoboth beach. Your townhouse is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. My kids did not want to leave. They made some friends, and said it was the best time ever. We are definitely planning on coming back. My husband said it would be very difficult to go back to a hotel after this experience. I cannot say enough good things about this property. I 'd never rented in Rehoboth before, and just chose it from a Web site about Rehoboth properties, so I wasn't sure what to expect--it was WONDERFUL! We loved the house. Everything you need is very close by on Route 1(grocery store, CVS, bank, restaurants, gym, etc.) and the beach is a very easy, short drive (less than 5 minutes to arrive and find parking). Dewey Beach is just a few minutes' drive south. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained. We especially loved the master bedroom and bath. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. We plan to rent here every year!

We had a great vacation at 556 Spring Lake in Rehoboth beach. We all liked the townhouse very much. My 4 year old daughter said " I want to stay in this house forever". But we still have to go back home... with good memory. Thank you and have a great summer. Yijun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated unit. The owners are thoughtful and accomodating. We have never had a better rental experience and are returning to this unit again in the near future. You'll love the spacious laundry room, the patio overlooking a pond, the plush towels and bath ammenities, the beach toys available for your use, the community pool, and proximity to both the beach and shopping.
