Built in 2004, with 3000+ square foot and 3 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms, this home is available for extended vacation or seasonal rental. Spend your summer or winter in Idaho’s playground! Home is set with WiFi, CableOne TV and hard phone line. There is a one month minimum rental commitment on this home.
Upon entering you will immediately notice the beautiful wood work and exposed beams. No attention to detail was spared in the building of this home. An open floor plan, hardwood floors and plenty of windows throughout the living room and kitchen for abundant sunshine. Gorgeous propane fireplace and hearth are double sided so you can enjoy the beauty from the kitchen and living room. Cozy nook with a loveseat off the living room and kitchen for additional seating.
The kitchen has a high end gas range with convection oven and a separate warming oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the small appliances and utensils you need. Bar seating area with a small flat screen TV connects the kitchen to the dining area. A raised dining table is set against the back windows with a nice view and seating for 4-6. Great layout for entertaining.
The main entry level of the home features the master bedroom complete with king size bed, TV, DVD player and sliding doors to the deck. A large walk-in closet connects to the beautiful bathroom with a double vanity, jetted bathtub, walk in tile shower and a private commode.
There is a second entry on the first level that features a nice size mud room and utility room with the washer/dryer and large sink.
Downstairs you can cozy up for movies or entertain friends with a large flat screen TV, DVD player and wet bar. Plenty of room to spread out on the plush carpeted floor and also extra sleeping space with a pull out sleeper.
Also, downstairs on the second level, there are additional bedrooms. One room includes two twin beds with its own full private bathroom. The other bedroom includes a queen bed, and attaches to the full bathroom that also services the den. There are sliding doors from the den to access the beautiful natural lower yard.
